The place was excellent. Huge pool. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Room temperature was perfect. Negatives: Hand soap is tiny. The toilet side overflows and the sink was clogged. Room was cleaned but did not replenish towels

Front desk staff and security are nice. Food is okay but very limited variety. Most of the juices and shakes are not available. I don't like the strong scent of air freshener in the lobby. It could have been better if they use mild relaxing scents. What I like is the cleanliness and the spacious rooms.

The staff was polite and helpful. Beautiful location and views. Not too far from the port. Two restaurants with different menu choices was great. One area of the pool was out of order, would have been a better visit if that part was working. I would definitely stay there again.

We were pleased that we got upgraded to a suite . We didn’t need 2 beds bec we’re a couple . The living room & dining area was a treat , we enjoyed the separation . May we suggest to put the door to separate the bedroom to give privacy when you have guests joining you for a night cup or a game night . The place is quiet & very clean. The first few days seems like there were less than 10 of us . So buffet was not available although the breakfast we had was great & it was a generous portion. The staff was excellent . From the driver that picked us up from the airport , the guy who assisted us with our luggages and of course our good waiter Aldren who greeted & served us every morning . They were very courteous & helpful . The place itself is wonderful but the staff is the heart of Noveau . Wish you can give an all inclusive package that includes port transport , packages to the islands & waterfalls etc. an all inclusive no worry package . It was a great experience and would surely recommend the place .

January 2025 Visit

The resort is beautiful, the grounds are meticulously cared for . Huge pool. However the jacuzzi wasn’t working and cold. The housekeeping staff is amazing. They keep your room clean and stocked. Dining room staff are friendly but service is a little slow when you order. Also, some of the items in the menu are not available. The pool bar doesn’t serve drinks until 2 and you can’t even get water if you’re there earlier and it gets really hot. If you just want to stay in the hotel you’re ok but there is no night life in the “poblacion”. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday. Our best meal was the excellent bulalo and sinigang!
