Damaged car
The house definitely has plenty of space. Beds were comfy. However, it is very musty smelling and no windows that open. There was mouse poop under the kitchen sink. There was hair, nail clippings in the bathroom cabinets, drips of somesort on the kitchen cabinets, fridge/freezer had old food stuck on. We parked in the driveway, as directed, and ended up with two large dents in our hood due to acorns falling off of the tree. When we told them about the dirt, they said they would send someone that evening to take care of it. They came back and sort of recleaned. When we told them about our car, they stopped responding. No refund was offered, no help was offered, no more messages back. Not how a company should do business.
