"Such a nice place! The rooftop bar had spectacular views and lots of seating inside and outside. The marketplace by the lobby had lots of snack options, including gluten-free. Our room had a swivel chair and table next to the window. Great view without paying extra for it. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Window opens a crack, enough to take a picture or hear city sounds. The hotel is located in Times Square, but not directly in a crowded area, which we liked. We look forward to returning in the future!"

"The property was a good location. It had a good gym to use. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast roll was nice. It is worth upgrading the breakfast if you want a sitdown one, the extra money is worth it. Rooms were small and had noisy fans/ac outside but you do forget they're on and it is times square, so there is always some compromise!"

"The only thing that i didnt like is the staff doing the cleaning. She opening my door before 12pm (check out time). It was 1040a then 11a. Not sure if she is aware check out is at 12noon. Thank you God I had the inside lock on. "

"The Arlo was Fantastic! The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the AC was ice cold. Cute little rooftop bar with good views of the city. The location was great, close to broadway shows and all that the west side has to offer. I will absolutely consider staying here again on my next visit. "
