"Air-conditioning did not function - we were told it wasn't activated until summer, we were given a key to open the window (6th floor, so all the residualheat rose to our floor). The open window helper the temperature, but we were unable to sleep due to the street noise. We checked out the mext morning, ate the cost of 5 days and made arrangements elsewhere.
