Detached house with sea views is located above the town of Makarska in a quiet location. The property, 2. 500sqm in size, surrounded by olive trees with beautiful landscaped garden. The cottage has a spacious living room with open kitchen, fully equipped.

There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. SAT / TV, air conditioning, internet included in the price. Terrace with sea view and barbecue. Ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, away from the noise and mass tourism or families with children.

A smaller dog, up to 8 kg is allowed. Bigger dogs on request.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Its location at the very top of Veliko Brdo is stunning. Right behind the property, the mountains rise steeply, creating an impressive backdrop. The view of the sea is fantastic. The grounds are extensive, which ensures peace and privacy, and the many terraces offer plenty of options to relax or to step aside for some quiet time. The viewing platform above the house provides a phenomenal panorama. We also loved the terrace with the outdoor shower, which was both relaxing and refreshing on hot days.The living room is tastefully furnished. The house is well equipped, , and the air conditioning was very helpful in August. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was a real benefit in the summer heat, and two mountain bikes are also available, although we didn’t use them due to the temperatures. A car is essential, as the road up to the house is very steep.Makarska can be reached in about 10 minutes by car without traffic, but in August it was very crowded and travel times were significantly longer. The surrounding landscape is beautiful, with many public beaches nearby. We especially enjoyed visiting Biokovo with the drive up to the 1700m-high Sveti Jure, as well as the Cetina River, which is about a 30-minute drive away, and was very refreshing!Finally, Tome was a wonderful host. He provided helpful information and was always available whenever we had a question. We truly appreciated his warm hospitality.

Ein traumhaftes Ferienhaus.

Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück mit vielen schönen Terrassen zum zurückziehen. Wer die Ruhe liebt ist dort gut aufgehoben, bei einer tollen Aussicht. Es liegt ein Ordner bereit mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Bei Fragen steht der Vermieter immer zur Verfügung ( Deutsch und Englisch) Wir können das Ferienhaus nur bestens empfehlen. Wer sucht findet immer was, wir würden wieder kommen.

Super Urlaub!

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön, gerade die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top, von der Terrasse hat man einen super Ausblick auf‘s Meer. Auch unser Hund wurde sehr nett aufgenommen und hat sich wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, gibt Tipps was man machen kann und hält sich ansonsten zurück, was wir als angenehm empfunden haben. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub.
