Villa Kety with Pool -Seaview

Villa Kety, located in Weiler Prodani, Makarska, is nestled in nature and offers an ideal place for a peaceful holiday in complete privacy. The villa has its own parking space, though it is not directly by the house. Access to the villa is through a 150-meter long, illuminated concrete footpath. Carts are provided to facilitate the transport of luggage.

Despite its secluded location, the villa was completely renovated in 2015 and offers all the modern amenities of a villa with a pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed in a retro style. The living room has a sofa bed, a large TV, and a fireplace. The entire house is air-conditioned and provides free Wi-Fi.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to a shared balcony. Both rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, wardrobes, and air conditioning. The villa is surrounded by a garden with seasonal fruits and vegetables, and there is a stone table with a grill for outdoor dining.

The private pool, with a wooden terrace, offers a stunning view of the sea and nearby islands. A large solar-powered shower provides refreshment. The villa is surrounded by untouched nature, making it an exceptional place to connect with the outdoors. The entire house has heating and is fully air-conditioned. The villa is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and one child up to 6 years old.

Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Tolle und gut ausgestattete Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage auf dem Berg über Makarska. Anreise entsprechend auf steilen, engen Straßen ist einzuplanen. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Toller Kontakt auch im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter. Unsere Anreise hatte sich verspätet und unser Vermieter hat meine Tochter noch um 23 Uhr in die Stadt gefahren, um Pizza zu kaufen. Am Abreisetag hatte ich Geburtstag Das hat unser Vermieter selbst bemerkt (aus unseren Dokumenten) und ihre Töchter haben mir ein ganz tolles Geburtstagsgeschenk gebastelt. Dazu Schoki und eine Geburtstagstüte. Wirklich absolut toll! Wir waren begeistert. Lieben Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
