"Loved this hotel, room size was ok-comfortable bed-lots of amenities provided at lobby- good size bathroom- love the design of the hotel in general. Indoor/outdoor Onsen were gorgeous and spacious… loved it. They also have a sem-traditional dance performance every night- we watched it, very talented, but probably a little more for kids. Absolutely recommend this hotel! "

"The boiler was broken the whole time we were there and there was no hot water, so had to pay to use the public baths a few blocks away. The room was pretty worn, but the location was great"

"It’s accomodation for sports teams - the bedroom had bunk beds, and did not have attached toilet or bathroom. We had to go down the hall to use toilet & bathroom."
