The property is new well maintained and clean but transportation to Haram is horrible, shuttle drops very far off I hade to use taxi to go to Zam Zam parking and it cost almost same money if I would have stayed in hotel more expensive but at walking distance from haram.

The Hotel was immaculate, the service is excellent. Area was pollution free,the scenery was amazing. The auxiliary staff were extremely helpful. We would appreciate if the women at the counters would receive training. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

It’s a very beautiful hotel ,nice clean rooms but very far away from the Haram and bus drops off 30 minutes from location and still have to walk about 25 minutes to Haram which should be explained as we Are old people and was very difficult to walk and cancel our hotel and rebook as everything was fully booked

We had a stay for 4 days in 4 days stays they did just one time room cleaning even we requested many times but no one showed up and hotel location is very poor a lot’s of construction happening in the area.

Das Ambiente ist sehr ansprechend. Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und zudem sehr groß. Shuttle zur Kaaba ist vorhanden. Restaurant und Café ebenfalls im Hotel vorhanden. Alles in einem super zufriedenstellend. Dennoch gab es 2 Punkte die ein wenig ärgerlich waren. Die Steckdosen waren leider nicht alle funktionsfähig. Des Weiteren war unser Waschbecken sehr locker so das wir es nach vorne kippen konnten, warum auch immer.. Trotz dessen Preis-Leistung Top!

Our room unfortunately had a strong smoke smell. The receptionist insisted that all the rooms were non-smoking, but that didn't match our experience. He then told us that it would take an hour to get us a new room since it was so busy and sent room service to spray the room instead. Bathrooms were clean. There were no toothbrush, loofa or hair dryer. I’m guessing they are available on request. Showers didn't drain well, leaving the bathroom soaked every time. Room service was good. Quick to bring us what we asked for – no complaints! Overall hotel is new and clean with a modern aesthetic. Loved the cozy little café. It offered decent menu options, all reasonably priced. Shuttle to the haram ran every 30 minutes and was on time every time we took it.
