Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend außerhalb des Zentrums
Ruhige und gute Lage für Ausflüge ins Umland. Zum Strand und Restaurants ca. 1 km bergab und anschließend wieder bergauf plus 44 Stufen! (nichts für gehbehinderte). Gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Gordon sehr wohl gefühlt, die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Erreichbarkeit von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut, mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Stadt.Auch zu Fuß ist der Weg ins Zentrum von Malaga machbar.

Sehr gepflegte und ansprechende Ferienwohnung
Wir waren im November für eine Woche in Málaga und haben uns in der Fewo sofort wohlgefühlt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet in ruhiger Umgebung. Darüber hinaus ist die Lage mit ca. 1 km Fußweg zum Strand von Pedregalejo (Stadtteil von Málaga) mit diversen Lokalen zum Mittag- oder Abendessen ideal. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass der Rückweg nur bergauf geht, zum Schluss sogar sehr steil und dann noch die Treppen in den 3. Stock folgen. Man wird aber mit einer herrlichen Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer entschädigt. Alles in allem können wir einen Aufenthalt dort nur empfehlen, wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder.

Wunderschöne Aussicht an ruhiger Lage
Wir haben den Balkon mit der offenen Aussicht auf das Meer, die ruhige Lage, den kurzen Fussweg von 10 Minuten zum Strand und die saubere, gut eingerichtete Wohnung sehr genossen. Mit den verschiedenen Buslinien kann man alle 10 Minuten das lebhafte Stadtzentrum von Málaga innerhalb 20 Minuten erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung allen empfehlen, die eine ruhige Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht suchen, die trotzdem nahe beim Strand und der Altstadt liegt.

Super holiday apartment. Spotless clean & very well equipped. we particularly like the sunny private balcony to enjoy our morning coffee & sunbathe (even in Deceber !) Pedregalejo is a gem of an area with easy access into Malaga city. Highly recommended !

Dies zum einen aufgrund des sehr freundlichen Empfangs und der ausführlichen Informationen durch den Vermieter aber auch durch die sehr saubere, großzügige und super ausgestattete Unterkunft selbst. My wife and I spent over two weeks in this nice apartment,Gordon met us at the apartment and was very helpful. The location was close to the sea front and 15 minutes from Malaga by bus. The only draw back was the apartment is situated at the top of a very steep incline,so you need to be fit or have transport to reach the apartment.

Nice Apartment but killer hill to reach it from beach
Nice Apartment and overall area good. Hill from beach quite steep so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues who had no car. Too few shops in general and only saw two beach stalls over the 7 day stay. Nice restaurants and the Pedregalejo people were lovely.

This was a great property just east of Malaga. The apartment was very clean, had a great balcony with a tremendous view of the sea. Gordon was very good and easy to deal with and our communication was excellent. We used the Uber, taxi, motorcycle and local buses. The number 3 and 11 bus is a short walk to the main road and provides great access in and out. Pedregaleo has an amazing waterfront with lots of beaches, great pubs and restaurants right on the water with stunning views

Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night as my wife had an accident and broke her foot. The many stairs to the apartment were too much for her to handle so we had to move to premises that were wheelchair friendly. We we're very sorry to leave because the apartment was excellent with all you could wish for in a self catering apartment, the views from the balcony were very impressive. Gordon the owner was so helpful and was there to greet us and explain to us the area and facilities. Thanks Gordon. .

Een aanrader: mooi uitzicht in een rustige omgeving
Prima appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Wordt zeer schoon opgeleverd. Voelt als nieuw. Bed is heerlijk. Terras ligt prima op de zon met uitzicht op de zee. Het terras had iets groter mogen zijn. Er zijn wel gewone stoelen, maar geen lekkere ligstoelen. Wij verbleven twee maanden in dit appartement en vonden het heerlijk. De aankleding van het appartement is wat steriel, niet echt heel gezellig en knus. De wandeling van en naar de zee is ongeveer 15 minuten en goed te doen. Overigens, je hebt in Malaga helemaal geen auto nodig. Wij deden alles te voet en zijn regelmatig naar het centrum gewandeld. Ook openbaar vervoer (de bus) is allemaal prima geregeld.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Gordon, the owner, was very helpful and met us at the apartment to show us around. We walked into Malaga most days about an hours stroll along the seafront and got a taxi home in the evenings, which was very reasonable, 10 euros each time. The buses were regular as stated. The beach lined with cafes and restaurant was a 15 minute walk away.
