This apartment has defects

### Apartment Review This apartment has several issues: 1. **Reception Experience**: Upon arrival, a female receptionist who could not communicate effectively with guests escorted us to our room. She displayed a lack of basic politeness and failed to inform us about any issues with the apartment. 2. **Broken Appliances**: - The stove and washing machine were both broken, rendering them unusable. - The ingredients we purchased were completely wasted as a result. 3. **Additional Issues**: - In the following days, more appliances became inoperative, including the hairdryer. - On the last day, the water heater provided no hot water. Overall, given the price, it is unreasonable to stay here, especially with these consistent problems.

Superfijne locatie, op loopafstand van veel restaurants en een groot park. Airconditioning werkt niet supergoed, maar is wel te doen. Het incheckproces verloopt heel prettig en het personeel is gastvrij. Wij mochten onze koffers in hun eigen berging bewaren omdat de kluisjes vol waren. Zeker aan te raden!

Nous avons appris qu’il n’y avait pas de bureau de réception sur place seulement après avoir payé le séjour lors de la réservation donc on ne pouvait pas canceller car c’était non remboursable. Même chose pour la localisation de l’hôtel qui est piétonne. Communication en espagnol seulement avec la seule employée qui est la femme de ménage. Manque de communication pour avoir les codes d’entrée… cependant, la chambre était très propre, jolie et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les belles fenêtres donnaient chez les voisins donc pas d’intimité. Hôtel très bien situé proche de tout à pied. Les murs de l’hôtel sont en carton car on entend tout ce qui se passe .

Early check in, super friendly, nice location just outside main center. Beautiful room/apartment, wish I had a longer stay in Malaga. We were able to prearrange taxi the night before through the front desk staff and it came early which was perfect!

Angel the staff member was great! We loved the decor and vibe. Great value for money and right in the heart of the old town. Only downside is we would have appreciated a change of towels halfway through the week. We would go back to these apartments ☺️

Perfectly located apartment with a nice decor inside. Clean and tidy. I still rate it excellent but few things I would improve- encourage your guests to do recycling by providing bins that make it easy. One tiny set of toiletries for 3 persons for 3 nights is not enough - think about providing refill big bottles instead. Sleeping in a salon can be disrupted by guests from other apartments coming back late, light is switching on automatically in the corridor. The salon has a connecting window to the corridor and it has no curtain what means that you are frequently woken up in the middle of the night. Providing additional blanket in January would be welcome, some nights were quite cold.

Great apartment in a superb location just 1 street off the hustle and bustle. Easy walk to alcazaba, the port, and tons of restaurants and shopping. Very good communication with the host (however, they do not reply to Expedia messaging, so I luckily thought to use WhatsApp from where they reply quickly). It helps to let them know the time of your arrival and they will be there to greet you. Clean, tidy and quiet. Would recommend!

The apartment was spacious and in a great location. Angel was there to help with check in. The apartment felt very basic. No coffee or any cooking essentials - it's not a place you could cook a meal or even have breakfast. The bed and pillows were very hard (although Angel did give us different pillows but they weren't comfortable either). There was no Netflix available and it was raining so that was a bit annoying! But if you want a central, basic and clean place then its ideal

It was great value for the price. Room was relaxing and clean. Kitchen was supplied with enough plates, glasses and utensils. If you want to cook some simple meals with items from the mercado, you can because the apartment provides basic pots and pans, a small stove and microwave. You may need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner if you have long hair, the toiletries provided was not enough. But overall, we had a great stay! Thank you Atenea apartments!

Apartments are in a great location and very quite safe and secure. The apartment we were given was not the same as the one on the photographs which we had chosen due to a downstairs bedroom but the bedroom was upstairs. The lounge window also overlooked the walkway to another apartment meaning no privacy in the lounge area the bathroom needs a shelf to store toiletries etc as there is limited space around the sink. There is no full length mirror the only mirror is in the bathroom meaning you need to style your hair and do make up in the bathroom. A dressing table and mirror would be a good addition to the bedroom rather than the small sofa. The facility to store luggage for a late checkout is an added bonus

Kamer zeer zeker naar tevredenheid. Lekker rustig. Verbeterpunt is het aanbrengen van betere raamverduistering. Was nu in Nevember geen echt issue. De huismeester krijgt van ons een 10. Goed bereikbaar en stelt alles in het werk om hrt verblijf zonder problemen te laten verlopen. Lokatie is top.
