A super clean and bright little room for our one night stay. Air con and a lift were bonuses. Lovely lady checked us in. Very convenient for bars, restaurants and shops. A very comfy bed with nice crisp linen. It exceeded expectations as it was much better than I’d expected for the price.

Small, clean property on the edge of the Old Town

This was a short overnight stay. The property was on the edge of the Old Town and within walking distance of the train station. It was small but clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants and cafes in the area. The instructions to get in were clear and easy.

Very conveniently located. Basic but perfect for our needs. Friendly staff. Sink in the bathroom is very small. Was incredibly loud until 3am but there were the viernes sante processions taking place. On a normal day I'm not sure what the noise levels would be like.

A really comfortable place in the centre of city

We were really impressed with our one night stay in Hostal Viadamia. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. We received a very warm welcome, were able to check in early and store our bags and our room was very comfortable. The bathroom was certainly not suitable for taller people but otherwise it was good. It was great being able to make use of the common room upstairs and we really loved the location.

Staff were great, so nice and very helpful. Room needed a bit of a refresher, some possible signs of mold in the bathroom. AC worked great and it was a perfect escape from the busy streets just outside which was exactly what we needed.

Service with a smile

We were greeted with a smile and given lots of useful information. The check in was swift and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and creatively decorated to maximise the appeal of a tight space. The floor was definitely showing signs of age.The bathroom was tiny but the lighting and water pressure were both good. We were looking for something that was keenly priced and was located in the heart of Málaga. This little gem certainly delivered all we wanted and needed for a comfortable and pleasant overnight stay.

Very satisfied on the whole with the property and our stay. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff were great and it is very convenient for the city. Only a few small issues :- The walls/doors didn't offer much sound insulation so you here noise at times. Also, the curtains in our room were white and thin, so light came in. At times there seemed to be issues with power. This was easy resolved, but would have been better if it hadn't happened at all.

Perfect stay for Malaga and surrounding area

Check in is easy and smooth since there’s a counter and I arrived on time. But I believe it’s easy to pick up the key outside working hours also. The location is just fantastic. In the city center with metro station L1, airport train C1, carrefour express, main square and shopping area all around, without feeling very noisy during the day and night. Maybe not the best part of the city for party but still accessible for bars and restaurants with few minutes walk. My room is of great size and comfort. AC, wifi, toilet and shower work perfectly. For me it’s totally no problem but some people who can’t climb stairs to 3rd floor, it’s gonna be a bit difficult.

This excellent hostal has amazing air conditioning, wi-fi, water pressure and is located in Malaga's pedestrianized old town, but less than a block from a street if you need to catch an early morning uber to the airport.

Die Lage des Hostals ist unschlagbar, am Rande des Altstadt Zentrums und am sich sehr ruhig (was den Straßen/Partylärm angeht). Freundliche Begrüßung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig - damit meine ich wirklich sehr hellhörig; man bekommt einfach ALLES seiner Nachbarn mit und zusätzlich den Lärm der Klimaanlagen (die braucht man auch, da die Fenster sehr klein sind und es jede Menge Mücken gab). Also Ohrstöpsel unverzichtbar. Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer allerdings schon sehr klein. Das Bad noch kleiner - eigentlich hätte man hier entscheiden müssen, ob Toilette oder Dusche. Es gibt natürlich beides, aber auf der Toilette sitzen kann man nicht wirklich. Sauberkeit war im zweiten Anlauf (auf Nachfrage) in Ordnung. Fazit: super Lage für einen wirklich günstigen Preis...aber mit wirklich deutlichen Abstrichen!

Vom Preis unschlagbare Unterkunft und sehr süß eingerichtet. Nur leider wurden wir in der ersten Nacht von Lauten Mädels auf dem Gang geweckt. Die Luft im Einzelbettenzimmer ist recht feucht, da hatten wir irgendwann die Tür zum Flur offen gelassen. Sehr zentral und für den Preis MEGA.

Placé en plein centre ville

Belle emplacement en plein centre ville. Toutes fois la proximité du centre ville amène le bruit qui va avec... Les espagnols boivent beaucoup et parlent très fort en sortant des bars, ne soyez pas surpris d'être réveillé si vous dormez côté rue... Commerce et restauration au pied de l'hôtel

Había olor feo cuando entraba al lugar y siguió a lo largo de la estadía. Era una mezcla a vómitos con fritura. Las paredes son finas y se puede escuchar TODO lo que dicen las personas afuera. Ahora, lo positivo fue la atención de la chica que nos atendió. Super amable y dispuesta a contestarnos todas las preguntas. Además la ubicación era perfecta para el tipo de viaje que tenía en mente.
