Accommodation, Distribution, and Equipment:

LocatedWith a surface area of 65 square meters and a capacity for up to 5 people, it is a cozy penthouse tastefully decorated with the best quality to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests.

The living room has a two-seater sofa, a table for up to four diners, and a charming balcony overlooking the Central Market. Next to it but independent, you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen with white tones. The accommodation has three bedrooms, with a double bed, two single beds, and a single bed respectively. Next to them, you will also find a bathroom with a perfectly equipped shower with everything you may need to relax.

Equipment and facilities: elevator, iron, WiFi internet access, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, television, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.

Located in a completely renovated building, it is next to one of the most emblematic places in the city, the Central Market of Atarazanas, and a few meters from the bustling Plaza de Félix Sáenz. The location, Calle Atarazanas, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga's life, due to the large number of small businesses that line the pedestrian streets that you can stroll through to enjoy the true essence of this Mediterranean city.

Pretty apartment- but with some glitches

Apartment was very clean and looked similar to pictures. We didn't use the kitchen, but bathroom facilities worked well. Bedding was clean and windows had blackout shades. Mattresses have not been updated, and the double bed had two huge indents in it on both sides of the bed. Apartment is located near many restaurants and a pharmacy and a short walk to the Cathedral and other points of interest. The apartment is located on a main road which is busy from 8am until late at night. Although the reviews said the apartment was quiet, we often found that the noise went until 2 am and then on Thursday, the garbage trucks started up around 5am. Iloftmalaga works to communicate affectively with renters- but because there are many people working at the company, information is not communicated well between people. I was asked to register for the apartment about 2 weeks before rental date- which I did. Two days before arrival, I was again asked to register. Finally, when I arrived at the office, I was told I hadn't registered. When I insisted I had, they finally found the documents in their system. Finally, Iloftmalaga included a security deposit in the cost, which they said they would return. However, the deposit was not returned until I asked for it 10 days after checking out.

Great location, easy check-in. Apartment was very spacious but there was a consistent buzzing sound coming from the bathroom, which was annoying.

Great old town location

Perfect appartment just like advertised

Good location and there was space enough for 3 adults. Lots of drawers but not much hooks to hang your clothes. Kitchen chairs need felt or something under the legs. Now there is very loud noise when you move them. The apartment was very clean. Each room has a small balcony of its own. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were a nice touch, but papertowels would have been apreciated. There is a bakery right downstairs and the food hall is across the street. Best churro place in town can be seen from the livingroom window.

Malaga getaway

Pro: This is a lovely property which is very well located to the old city center. Transportation is very good. I would highly recommend it. Con: The management company was not clear on several financial issues. 1. They did not tell me I had to bring the same card that I charged the apt. on so we had to cancel and be charged on another card. 2. My card was also charged temporarily a huge deposit fee of over $200. I think both issues are resolved but it would have caused a lot less stress had I known this upfront. Again, the apartment and location were great.
