Modern And Spacious Apartment In Historic City Center

I live in the US and this is my vacation home in Málaga, and now it can be your vacation home too!
The apartment is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, shops and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the location. You can enjoy all the advantages of being right in the historic city center while at the same time being located in a very quiet street. It is a very spacious and bright apartment (80m2/900sqft-2bdrms/1bthrm). It features a modern style with comfort. My apartment is good for couples, business travelers, and families. There are weekly and monthly discounts available, for more information please do not hesitate to contact me because certain discounts cannot be reflected on the listing, but are available upon request!

Located in the Historical District of Málaga urbanism and architecture from different centuries mingle, as is to be expected in a living and constantly evolving city. What may most attract the visitor’s attention is the urban and architectural legacy from the nineteenth century, along with the assortment of churches, convents and palaces preferably from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. You can see in the pictures an old oven from the nineteenth century that was found during the building construction and that has been kept for display at the entrance of the building garage as tribute to the origins of this street.

There is a parking space available for one car and/or one scooter. As with any large city, transport options around Málaga are abundant.

We had an excellent stay in Malaga. Eloisa made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. This location is walkable to all of the sites we wanted to see in Malaga. Property was clean and the service was great! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Malaga Apartment

This is an American sized apartment with all the bells and whistles. Many European apartments are undersized with all of the accessories. All of the furnishings were very comfortable. The location is only slightly off the historic downtown Malaga center but it is much quieter. The rental that I had last year had loud music and noise till 4AM 5 nights a week. Eloisa is a wonderful hostess and provided all of our needs. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone. Steve and Mary

The property was well equipped and spacious. Very convenient to have parking right on the building. The communication with the owner was not great, it took her several days to get back to us with some inquiries. We also had to wait for the check in although we send message when we were one hour away from property. Location is Ok, not the best. Luckily we like to walk.

Amazing time!

Was a lovely apartment...larger than expected and very clean! Beds were very comfortable. A fabulous location, perfect walking distance to the town centre and close to all attractions. A wonderful spot to stay in the beautiful city of Malaga. Owner was incredibly helpful and friendly.

We loved everything about this condo. The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. The cab driver dropped us off at the wrong address and the property manager was so kind to look for us. We were in constant contact with the owner to make sure we got there. We had a great time over there. Would definitely stay there again.

5 Star Apartment

Malaga is a very busy city, if you want to be central and also have a very quiet and peaceful nights sleep this apartment is the place for you. It was a lovely haven to return to at night after a busy day of sightseeing etc. . It is much more spacious than the pictures show and finished to a very high standard. The beds are very comfortable and the whole building is very quiet, mostly owner occupiers. The location beside San Felipe Church is wonderfully and do visit the church which is beautiful. Also the glass museum around the corner is worth a visit. You have everything within a few minutes walk,try La Tranca for Tapas and great atmosphere and Buenavista around the corner for a lovely dinner. Eloisa and her sister in law María were extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. We loved this apartment and it’s great location so much that we plan to return for a month in November. We look forward to dining in as the apartment is so conducive to eating in. We are more than happy to recommend this great apartment and it’s owner Eloisa. Eileen Scanlon ( Ireland )

Schöne moderne Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Wohnung ist trotz Altstadtnähe ruhig gelegen. Die Fenster und der Balkon sind zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Das in Malagas Altstadt viel renoviert wird bekommt man tagsüber doch etwas mit.

We were very happy to stay at the apartment. It is perfectly suited for renting, spacious and well kept, easy to inhabit. We stayed there for a month, had no problems or inconveniences. My wife who uses a handicap scooter could get in and out of the house without any problems. And lets not forget that the apartment—to our minds at least—is perfectly located just next to Calle Carreteria, our favorite street, and beyond that the old town. A balcony to the street would have given it the fifth star.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

We were really very pleased with our two week stay at Eloisa's impeccable and spacious apartment. It was absolutely everything we could have asked for, very modern, fully equipped, and very nicely decorated. Eloisa had thought of every detail to make our stay more comfortable. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions and clearly showed her warmth and hospitality. From the apartment, we were able to walk to all the sights in the historic district, buy groceries and fresh vegetables and easily managed to get around by bus, train and subway to other points of interest and towns near by. We would love to come back to Malaga and would not hesitate to stay in such a lovely apartment again. We have stayed in other rental accommodation in other places and countries and Eloisa's is by far the best!!!! Miss it already and we only left a few hours ago.
