Great place, nice people.
Room, people and service are good as always. The private beach and swimming pool are small but so well designed that you don't even notice the size. People come to Palau to dive and the hotel provides good space for those wet equipment, that's very satisfactory. In one word:GREAT.

这次在办理入住时，前台服务人员非常直接的告知：没有我的订房记录！几经波折终于好不容易能上网找到国内的朋友帮我咨询HOTEL.COM的客服人员，前后浪费了很长的时间不打紧，酒店前台人员连杯水都没给喝，让我非常脑火！！！希望老爷酒店在员工的训练上能够提升！！！如果是一次发生这种错误也就算了， 问题是前一个星期，我朋友也是相同的遭遇！！

很不错的住宿体验，我们这次去帕劳住了三家酒店：日晖、老爷、还有一个经济度假酒店，老爷是最棒的，餐厅的View很棒。私人沙滩人很少，很舒服，就是连救生衣都要3刀有一丢丢贵了，应该是标配吧。最喜欢里面的小池塘，有玳瑁和苏眉鱼，还有沙丁……值得推荐，如果你想要国内四五星的酒店，就只能选这个和PPR了。

会中文的前台不是一直在，硬件水平和其他酒店比高一些，但是和它的价格比起来差很多。位置也不算市中心。反正以后不会再选它了。

Big room, nice view. Breakfast is bad. My 3 years old son break a glass, I told reception, pls let the house keeping know there are still small broken pieces and pls help to clean up thoughtly, the first reply I got is "pls pay 5 dollars for the glass" , then when we back to the room, there are still small broken piece at room that we need to clean up by ourselves. Philippino staffs have much better smile/ service than Taiwanwsw staffs. Room service order 4 times, half of the things on menu are not available.

It's a really nice place....people nice and helpful.....but, my lord, food is expensive and pretty mediocre. I am given to believe that's the nature of all of Palau so don't know that this should reflect on the hotel Solely. The Drop Off restaurant very close by has cheaper and better food

Beautiful tropical hotel with lovely grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar & spa is fantastic. Only downside is that WiFi requires near constant sign-in.

Palau is a quiet place, with not a ton to do other than dive and relax. This hotel is great for relaxing and has access to diving. Good food. Nice views. Beach area is not big, but is nice and differentiates from other hotels in the area.

Don't waste your money. Go next door to the Cove
Nice pool, nice room. That was it. No breakfast buffet. Outrageous food prices. TV has 4 stations that came in. No movie channel. We also stayed next door at the Cove for a few nights. I would definitely stay THERE again.

パラオの空港からタクシーで25分30ドルでした。 ホテルにメールでお迎えを頼みましたが 反応がなく急遽タクシーにしました。 プールにジャグジーがなく残念でしたがプライベートビーチは綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 有料と思われたWiFiは無料で使用できました。 すぐ近くに美味しいレストランがあり2回訪問しました。 コロールの繁華街の飲食店のほとんどが無料送迎があるので食事にも困らないホテルです。
