The third room has two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm long) and air conditioning. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC and heating system.
