“Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……

“El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado potente. La zona no es muy buena, no hay apenas tiendas o restaurantes alrededor y de noche es bastante oscura”

“The hotel is beautiful . AC in the bedroom is the best and rooms are spacious and clean . Little touches like Netflix and the high end products in the bathroom le Labo made it as 5 star for me”

“Good hotel in the center of Nikosia with nearby bigger municipal parking and good access to business and historical places of the city. Even on check in there were some misunderstands with reception trainee staff related to arranging the bill according to my company travel documents requirements, on check out everything was solved by hotel management in very professional and friendly way. Great place to have breakfast or just coffee in roof restaurant. Really good place for Nicosia where……

“Very friendly and helpful staff who were keen to try and address our issues with hot water. We moved apartment for nights 2 & 3 as the hot water ran out during a quick shower and the second person had tepid water. Same problem with the second apartment. Presumably a building issue which staff must know? Really spacious and clean apartment. Comfy bed. Kitchen area. Nice balcony. Would have been great if there had been reliable hot water. Good location ”

“If you're looking for a change of atmosphere from other hotels, try Aelia. It's a relaxing and serene atmosphere that seems perfect for getting reading done, writing a book, or just chilling. The breakfast was Marriott-style, and there are bikes on site, as well as places to walk. It would be lovely for a small wedding or a party with the addition of flowers. Our only issue was the weak internet upload speed for a Zoom conference. We also really wish that more hotels would consider getting at……

“we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. ”
