“Room condition and cleanliness were both excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, and the dining area was clean and well maintained. I would have given this hotel 5 stars if not for the ATROCIOUS internet service. Wi-Fi speeds never exceeded 1 Mbps, making it virtually impossible to do anything productive or stream content from any source. “I had some issues prior to my original arrival. Called several times but, never able to reach the proper person to see if I could move my trip out by one day. Due to my vehicle repairs. Left several messages no call backs so, I just paid $300 for an extra nights stay into Saturday! I will be back in July for work so, hopefully things will be a lot better during my next stay. “No room cleaning service, no offering water, no offering new towels…didn’t clean up garbage can, bad smell in the room.”

“Comfortable beds”

“The room smelled like cigarettes even though I got a smoke free room. Found items from previous people do tells me the room was not cleaned! Literally had glade plug ins to try to cover up the smell”

“The room was clean, the pool was closed and they were renovating. I purposely booked because of the pool. The beds and pillows were hard. We arrived late around Midnight and the guy at the desk left me standing there for about 5/6 minutes to talk to someone in the back while there were a few people behind me still waiting. I get my room and it wasn’t the one I booked online. Not sure who's fault that was. I booked a queen bed with a pull out couch got to the room with just a king sized bed. We……

“Nice place but a little odd. Has a sauna. No hot tub, no pool, just a sauna. It’s a drive up park outside of your room motel. Rooms are nice but small. Have to go to the bar for ice. A fire pit outside would be awesome. Overall a nice place. Would probably go again.”
