Sehr schönes Haus und Lage. Das Haus war sehr geräumig und der Garten war wunderschön. Es lag in einer ruhigen Straße, so dass die Kinder frei draußen spielen konnten. Wir haben es genossen! Es gab viele aggressive Wespen, aber dagegen können die Vermieter nichts tun

Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Besitzern. Wunderschöne Umgebung mit viel zu unternehmen. Schade, dass während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder die Warmwasserversorgung ausfiel. Das Problem wurde jedes Mal schnell gelöst (mit aufrichtiger Entschuldigung), aber die Lösung erwies sich jedes Mal als nur von kurzer Dauer.

Die Villa ist in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer sind sehr kahl und ungemütlich. Der Sitzbereich ist gemütlich, darauf wurde mehr Wert gelegt. Insgesamt fällt auf, dass dieses Haus rein zur Vermietung dient und die Eigentümer kein Risiko eingehen wollen. Wir haben hier mit 8 Personen im Alter von 40-50 Jahren ein Wochenende verbracht und hatten ein ruhiges Wochenende. Gehen Sie tagsüber aus, hängen Sie ab fünf Uhr ab und unterhalten Sie sich. Nach der Abreise behauptete der Besitzer, wir hätten zwei Kratzer auf dem neuen Bodentuch gemacht. Gesamtschaden 225 Euro. Wir sind größtenteils in Socken durch das Haus gelaufen und haben das Haus nett behandelt und dann einen solchen Schadensfall bei uns eingereicht. Der Eigentümer wusste nicht einmal, dass er diesen Schadensfall nicht bei uns einreichen sollte, sondern schreibt derzeit per E-Mail hin und her Wir warten immer noch auf ein Ergebnis. Wir werden sehen. Rechnet man noch die kahlen, ungemütlichen Ess- und Schlafzimmer zu den kahlen (Etagen-)Betten und einer Forderung von 225 Euro hinzu, dann vermute ich, dass der Vermieter dieser Villa ein sehr knappes Einnahmemodell hat. Investieren Sie wenig und wollen Sie möglichst viel herausholen. Kein Vermieter, bei dem wir jemals wieder mieten möchten. Viel Glück, wenn Sie hierher kommen.

Het huis was prima, maar let op met de waarborg, we betaalden 800 EURO cash bij aankomst en we kregen slechts 565 terug. De eigenaar beweert dat er een stoel stuk was, maar die was reeds stuk bij aankomst en we hadden die opzij geplaatst. De eigenaar was hierover niet voor rede vatbaar wat spijtig is uiteraard.

Mooie, karaktervolle villa. Zeer netjes, alles in goede staat (zelfs propere oven en bbq). Fijne speelkelder met pingpong en airhockey. Mooie tuin en speeltuig die net aan het terras grenst, waardoor je de kinderen goed kan zien. Vuurput in de tuin. Aangrenzend voetbalveld. Op het einde vd straat riviertje om in te gaan pootje baden en wandelpaadjes. 3 km v Malmedy.

De communicatie met de eigenaar en met belvilla was heel goed, alles was duidelijk besproken voor ons vertrek. Toen we aankwamen was de eigenaresse al aanwezig en heeft ons alles uitgelegd. Het is was heel netjes en schoon, en meer dan ruim genoeg voor 17 volwassenen en 4 kindjes. Het is op loop afstand naar het centrum van Malmedy en er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!

Mooie en grote woonst, alles was netjes (wij houden van proper) en duidelijk.....Al onze kinderen en alle 10 kleinkinderen vonden het super en hebben al gevraagd om dit volgend jaar terug te reserveren....De sauna (voor de meisjes) en de air - hockey (voor allemaal) waren de toppers, maar ook de ping-pongtafel , de tafelvoetbal waren steeds bezet...in de grote tuin hadden we plaats genoeg om kubs te spelen en van daar uit zit je snel in de natuur of aan een forellenvisvijver....knappe wandelingen gedaan en bovendien is het heerlijk fietsen op de ravel die langs Malmedy passeert en ver weg blijft van autowegen....

Het café dat gebruikt word om de sleutel op te halen was op de dag van aankomst gesloten. Daar was van tevoren goed over gecommuniceerd en de oplossing was uitstekend. De accommodatie voldeed geheel aan de verwachtingen en aan de wensen. Helaas werkte het weer gedeeltelijk mee, we waren graag gaan langlaufen, maar de sneeuw ontbrak. Gelukkig was het weer dusdanig goed dat de omgeving te voet is verkend.

Voor dat we op vakantie gingen waren er de nodige maiwisselingen met de eigenaar ...

Voor dat we op vakantie gingen waren er de nodige maiwisselingen met de eigenaar geweest. We hadden de borg al vooraf over gemaakt en de deur stond letterlijk en figuurlijk open voor een fantastisch weekend. Aan het eind van de middag kwam de eigenaar nog even langs om de puntjes op de i te zetten. Prima huis met genoeg badkamers en slaapkamers. Het is een wat ouder vrijstaand huis maar prima onderhouden. We hebben genoten van de sauna, het spelen van de diverse spellen (darten, airhockey) en genoten van de omgeving. Zaterdag met 16 man wezen quad rijden. Het beste rechtstreeks te boeken bij forestevent.be dan via Nederland. Scheelt bijna €15,— pp. Zondag gewandeld in de omgeving en een oorlogsmusical geboekt. In een flitst zat het weekend er al weer op. Een aanrader met een grote groep met een uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding. CW7
