We hebben een heel fijne vakantie gehad hier! Het huisje is van alles voorzien, sauna en bubbelbad zelfs, en een groot balkon/terras met uitzicht. Mooie omgeving; naar alle kanten zijn er wandelroutes. Ook prima met OV te doen. Wél een flinke klim naar het huisje, maar in Malmedy is op loopafstand alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt.

Prachtige vakantiewoning, en een mooie ligging met zicht op Malmedy. De woning is in zeer goede staat, maar als je evt. met zessen bent, is 1 wasmogelijkheid en 1 toilet te weinig. Verder is de woning helemaal kompleet, met een hele fijne keuken.

Dit huisje heeft een mooie ligging en een fantastisch uitzicht over Malmedy. Maar de foto's zijn erg gedateerd en zeker niet up to date. Het huisje mist veel liefde en onderhoud. Tuin meubilair wat stuk is, de knoppen van het fornuis zijn beplakt met ductape, de balustrade is verrot en zit vast geplakt met ductape. Het huisje was niet schoon en het keukengerei was vies en plakkerig, de matras overtrekken waren vies maar het naarste was de vieze lucht die in het hele huis hing en ook niet weg ging, om deze reden zijn wij ook eerder vertrokken. Allemaal erg jammer want de locatie en het uitzicht is echt fantastisch.

Super mooie plek en uitzicht,huisje heeft zowel binnen als buiten achterstallig onderhoud mankeerd van alles aan is totaal niet zo als op de foto's.

Schöne Aussicht über Malmedy. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Besitzer, Begrüßung mit Ostereiern und einer Flasche Cava, das Haus ist bereits beheizt und ein Stimmungslicht brennt. Aufgrund eines Fehlers in der Abfahrtszeit mit den Vormietern und unserer Ankunftszeit haben sich die Eigentümer wirklich bemüht, dies schnell zu lösen. Unser Aufenthalt war ganz ok, die Sauna war toll und der Whirlpool ebenfalls. Was besser sein könnte sind die Matratzen und der Sitz. Die Matratzen sind dünn und unbequem und der Sitz muss wirklich ersetzt werden.

Die Lage der Residenz ist wunderschön. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist zu klein, um mit einem größeren Auto ordentlich umzudrehen. Rückwärts aus dem Parkplatz heraus ist fast unmöglich. Die Bank ist zusammengebrochen. Im Badezimmer kommt Wasser durch die Wand, so dass sich ab und zu eine Wasserpfütze in der Nähe der Badewanne bildet. Die Sauna wird nicht richtig heiß. Da im Haus Holzwände sind, ist es sehr laut, wenn nachts jemand die Toilette spült.Es gibt eine geräumige Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr und Geräten.Die 2 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten sind schön und geräumig.Es könnte besser sein, zu Größe der Matratzen angeben, damit man weiß, welche Wäsche mitgebracht werden soll. Als wir ankamen, lagen die Schlüssel auf dem Tisch, den wir auch bei der Abreise wieder dort abgelegt haben.

Das Ferienhaus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung auf der Homepage.Das Häuschen war ordentlich aufgeräumt und gereinigt.Wir waren im Dezember dort. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einem warmen Haus und einem wunderschönen Weihnachtsbaum überrascht. Liebe zum Detail.
