“The place needs to be deep cleaned. Cobwebs in the room and in the breakfast room as well. Bathroom grout was dirty, and the mirror had a dark color on it (maybe art?), so you had a hard time to use it. Owner has a dog which was barking late at night or early morning. Parking is horrible! Had to unload and park around 5-minute walk away...”

“De kamer was zeer ruim en heel proper. Ook een heel grote badkamer die aan alle verwachtingen voldeed. we hadden eerder een klein appartementje met 2 grote kamers. Ook de wc was apart van de badkamer, wat zeker aangenaam was. Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Enkel het ontbijt mocht nog net iets gevarieërder. Maar het was een top verblijf in een top hotel.”

“Sehr geehrter Herr/Sehr geehrte Frau, hiermit möchte ich meine große Unzufriedenheit mit den nicht aufgeführten Gebühren für meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus vom 12.12.2025 bis 14.12.2025 zum Ausdruck bringen. Der Aufenthalt selbst war zufriedenstellend, die Abrechnung hat mich jedoch zutiefst enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde uns ein Gesamtpreis von 285 € genannt, den wir auch bezahlt haben. Beim Check-out wurde uns jedoch unerwartet eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 300 € für eine „Reinigungsgebühr“……
