「Room was huge and really lovely Themed rooms.
Staff couldn’t do enough for you & the garden & general hotel were really good.
Good eat as much as you want breakfast.
No tea making facilities in rooms which is a must for British travellers. That 1st cuppa.」

「The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins.
