Hotel is good itself very quiet and calm downstairs lounge/bar. Rooms need to be soundproofed as at night you can hear all of your neighbours pillows should be changed from time to time because been just used and very basic toiletries it's nice to have shampoo conditioner or body lotion in the rooms

UNITY Malmo Set 2023

Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. A few negative points - rooms were stuffy, my colleague had a fall because someone had used a wet mop on the "stone effect" floor at the foot of the stairs rendering it slippery, and the cafeteria selection of food ran out and was not replenished. Overall, I would recommend this is as good value accommodation.

We had a lovely stay here! The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation…a bit out of the way from the major attractions but it allowed us to experience the local culture, there are grocery stores and restaurants nearby/ within walking distance. The staff was super friendly, we were able to check in early after our morning flight which was amazing..the hotel offersSwedish breakfast for purchase, which was good overall (1 half a sandwich, 1 pastry, 1 yogurt or fruit, coffee & juice) and not a bad value. It was clean and we felt very safe walking around/ exploring the area. We commuted to Copenhagen for a couple of days and the hotel is approx 40 min away from the airport (and about an hour from most of the attractions depending on where you’re going). The Malmo touristy ateas are about 20-30 minutes away. Folkets park is within walking distance! I am glad we chose this place and would stay here again.

For young people

A very modern and youthly hotel that felt more like a youth hostel. Everything is new, staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are not cosy, materials like plastic and metal and nonflow tv, only streaming which worked on and off only with certain apps. A hotel for young people on the move, not a place for a romantic stay. The superior flats are all on the top floor, thus extremely hot due to the sun and windows, however still dark. The standard rooms/ flats are far better. Parking is expensive, the parking near the hotel for 120 sek a night is outside a supermarket a 10 minutes walk away. However the car park is locked from 9pm until morning, and you can not get to your car no matter what. On the roads near the hotel we payed double pr. 24 hours via parking apps ans still parked quite far away. Interesting area, near a big cemetery/ The Folk Park, situated in a multicultural area eith building sites all around, a 15 minutes walk to the centre.

Ich würde auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen, habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt . Etwas abgelegen, Gegend noch in der Entwicklung. Schöner Spaziergang (20 Minuten) in die Altstadt über historischen Friedhof.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel in Malmö war insgesamt gemischt. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten – es gab nur das Nötigste, und ein Teil des Obstes war leider nicht mehr frisch. Ich hätte gerne mehr bezahlt, um ein qualitativ besseres Frühstück zu bekommen. In fußläufiger Nähe gab es leider keine alternativen Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer selbst war gut ausgestattet, und die Dusche war hervorragend. Negativ war jedoch, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Im Sommer wurde es sehr warm, und in den Nächten verwandelte sich die angrenzende Hauptstraße in eine Rennstrecke. Der Lärm hielt stundenlang an, sodass wir keine Nacht durchschlafen konnten. Zudem gab es für zwei Personen nur eine normale Decke, was den Schlafkomfort weiter einschränkte.
