「Skønneste lille hotel, med udsigt til Bastei. Gode vandrestier lige udenfor døren. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Eneste minus var, at restuarenten havde frokost og aften lukket mandag og tirsdag. Rigtig fin lille morgenbuffet. 」

「Tolles Hotel in einer super Lage im Osterzgebirge, ideal zum Wandern. Das Personal war stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns daher sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist absolut reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, da ist für jeden etwas dabei, ein großes Lob an die Küche! Die Classic Zimmer sind klein, aber absolut gemütlich und vor allem sauber. Es gibt ein schönes Freizeitprogramm sowie Kino und einen tollen Pool. Ein sicherer Hotelparkplatz ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt...

「The rooms are very nice. The staff was helpful. The hotel is convenient to the old city. The cafe and restaurant were excellent. Free parking was convenient.」

「The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. 「Super Unterkunft. Tolle, modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr stylisch. Super sauber. Das Frühstück war spitze. Sehr große Auswahl. Das Personal war extrem freundlich. Würde die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.」

「The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. 」
