不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Avoid properties managed by Grand Welcome!!! SCAM!!! Scam!! Scam!!! I booked and payed for this property with a no refund policy. I got charged and received a confirmation from Expedia. I never received any check in instructions from the property manager, Grand Welcome. After contacting Expedia, while being outside of the property I had already paid for, Expedia was not able to help me check in. They would not get any information from Grand Welcome, who is the property manager. After about 2 hours of trying to figure out how to check into the property, at 20 degrees, at 7 pm, with 3 toddlers waiting inside the car; somebody working in maintenance got us the address to Grand welcome’s office. This person advised us that they had terminated contract with Grand Welcome… After 2 hours of waiting around at the Grand Welcome office, (9pm by that time, 3 kids still inside the car) I was officially informed by them that I had rented a property they don’t manage anymore. Grand Welcome forced me to pay $500 extra in cash with no receipt to accommodate myself and my family that had been waiting for 4 hours inside of the car. The property we were forced to stay in, was not close to town, and far away from any of the lifts or gondolas. The property was nice, but probably not for rent, as it was full of personal effects. Bikes, family photos, some food, etc The property was not clean, everything was full of dust, it was not ready for rental
