The dining area accommodates up to 10 guests and opens onto a private deck with a gas BBQ. Unlike many rentals, this townhome has no shared or common walls, ensuring privacy and quiet for your stay.
Bedroom #1: The master suite features a king size bed and its own private deck, an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool jet tub, a sofa/ sitting chair, and a 60” smart Samsung TV.
Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin) for a total of 4 beds, along with a 45-inch smart TV.
Bedroom 3: A queen-size bed with a private patio and a large hot tub.

The town's free shuttle stops nearby, and the popular Valley bike path is easily accessible. You're also just a short bike ride from Mammoth's lakes basin, offering hiking, fishing, kayaking, and stunning mountain views. June Lake is a 20-minute drive, while Yosemite National Park is just 40 minutes away.
Parking Note: This rental accommodates a maximum of 2 vehicles, which must be parked inside the garage. No additional parking is available in the complex. Limited street parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis between April and November.
