Fantastic luxury 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhome; sleeps up to 10 people. Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, this home offers views of the 18 fairway, while being not too far from the center of Town for conveniences, or a short ride or walk to Eagle Lodge! This three story townhouse offers a private 2 car garage with EV charger, laundry room, large expansive deck with private hot tub and outdoor seating and BBQ grill. The floorplan allows social gatherings and is perfect for a large family gathering. On the entry level of the home is the living room with wood burning fireplace, large flatscreen TV with cable TV. A dining room that can seat up to 8 with additional bar seating for 4. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers stone counters, top of the line stainless appliances, a wine fridge and everything needed to prepare meals. The large deck offers a BBQ gas grill, private hot tub, outdoor dining seating and is located on the 18th fairway of the Sierra Star Golf Course. On this level the guest bedroom features a queen bed, with adjacent full bathroom with walk-in shower. On the next level is a kids haven featuring a full size bunk with twin on top, and a trundle below, TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the third top level, the primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The fourth guest bedroom also on this upper level has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower. This unit also offers WiFi internet access, a two car garage (garage clearance 7' 5") a laundry room with washer / dryer so you can enjoy all the conveniences of home. Located on the green line shuttle route, it is a short walk to the shuttle stop with a quick ride into Town or to Eagle Lodge. This unit is pet friendly, One pet allowed, additional pets by approval only, please call. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Unfortunately we had a mediocre stay at this Vrbo. The house itself is nice, but it's poorly maintained by the management company. We arrived to a broken hot tub, broken dryer, a collection of half-working appliances and broken utensils in the kitchen, and flickering lights in the bathrooms. The paper products, towels, and pillows are all the absolute cheapest options one could find—which makes for an uncomfortable stay given how much money you're spending. The management company was very responsive, but they were unable to fix any of the issues during our week at the house. We later learned that the hot tub had been broken for a while, which is something management could have alerted us and/or tried to fix before our arrival. On the plus side, the house is very close to the bus line that takes you directly to the mountain. It also has beautiful views out of the windows. It would be the prefect vacation home if it was better looked after by Mammoth Reservations Inc.

Location!!

Location was great, short walk to the lifts. The house was very nice and very good size! Love the living area with cozy fire place and the view of the slopes from balcony! Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent time at this townhouse. The unit was very clean and very nicely stocked. We had the whole family, adults and kids, and found that it worked well. Lots of firewood in the garage, every necessity in the kitchen, barbequed each night for dinner. The garage fit two cars easily and the driveway two more. Trash dumpster easy to find. Lots of hot water, and very nice linens. We will be back. THANK YOU !

Great stay !

Great location. Easy check-in and check-out. Responsive hosts. Place was clean and close to the ski area. Nice serene outdoors and the jacuzzi worked just fine. We all enjoyed our stay ! would book again.

Beautiful and functional but poor management

This is a lovely home and location but the jacuzzi was not working when we arrived. It was dirty and spitting water everywhere. We called management and they dismissed us as they were busy with other issues at their other locations. We also received a notice on the door that their electricity bill was overdue and would be cut off. After multiple calls and messages we received a nominal adjustment for our troubles.

Dissapointed with Condition of Home and Property Manager

Arrived and garage remote would not work and front door was so stuck that we had to bash it in with our shoulder! Hot tub was half covered by a large sheet of plywood/half with regular cover/found to be unusable due to cloudy water. No cold water in 2 out of 4 bathrooms, so toilet and showers were unusable for 2 days. No firewood provided. Management was responsive after our first call, but afterwards, no. We had to keep calling them back. Did receive compensation, after we asked, but not nearly enough in our opinion. Owner or management needs to walk this property to bring it back up to luxury status! For what we paid, we were very disappointed!

Loved this very comfortable dog-friendly cabin

Had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was large, clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized when booking that all four bedrooms had their own bathrooms. Was really comfortable and convenient for 4 couples, and could easily fit more as the bunks were both doubles and there was a trundle. The hot tub was perfect after the ski day, and private. Plenty of towels, as well as basic toiletries. Bedrooms were quiet. We had a wonderful time.

Great house. A few issues but mutually resolved.

Beautiful house on a beautiful, quiet golf course setting. Easy to get to from 395 and town and all outdoor activities we wanted to do. Large and well-laid out house perfect for 2 families (5 kids and 4 adults). Gorgeous flowers outside. Would stay here again. A few issues we had: roofing was taking place on our property for over half of our 1 week stay. There were roofing nails on the ground and deck on the property and a bunch of noise starting as early as 7:30 am. This was not disclosed to us before our arrival and when contacting the rental agency they said they were not aware this was going on. Ultimately they resolved it with a few days off our stay. Additionally, this is a pet friendly house. We did not bring a pet. The vacuuming done was not adequate as there was pet hair and dander on some of the fabrics and flooring near the stairs. The vacuum provided for use in the house just blew more dander all over the place - probably needs replacing. The dishwasher broke near the end of our stay (not our misuse - just old) and they sent out a mechanic right away. Probably next time someone stays here, there will be a new dishwasher. The knives are REALLY dull and there aren't enough spoons in the house. All the utensils could use replacement, in fact. I hope this helps the next person renting or the rental company work out some of the minor issues.

Peaceful Mammoth Retreat

Nice home right next to the golf course. Good for a family getaway. The AC in this home however is not very strong, and during the warmer months the upstairs bedrooms get hot/stuffy. Bunk bed was a bit wonky, top mattress doesn’t fit the whole space so there’s a big gap and the bottom bunk height is way too small. Probably needs a lower mattress height. Overall this home has your essentials and added bonus that there’s a hot tub.

Great home for family and friends

We had a great time renting this home! The 3 master bedrooms with a fourth bedroom and bathroom were perfect for our 6 guests. The home was clean and well stocked. Only complain was all the knives extremely dull. Would definitely rent this place again.

Relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

The house was well appointed and very comfortable. The spa was a constant enjoyment and having the grill available for an evening cookout also made us feel right at home. Plenty of room and luxurious beds! The only difficulty we had was in locating the property as our cell phone map couldn't find the place and the entrance to the complex is a little hard to find. But the house itself was wonderful!
