A nostalgic river rock fireplace brings a warm feeling to the space and not only heats up the main area but heats the lower areas as well with a built-in fan. The views out the second level deck of Mammoth Rock and Mammoth Mountain are beautiful and when the snow melts there are serene views of the two adjacent ponds and streams as well that run beautifully throughout the Snowcreek II community. Steps from the condo front door you will find a community jacuzzi and sauna perfectly situated to relax at the end of a fun day. The unit is also steps away from the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve where you will find beautiful trails and Mammoth Creek.

The condo is a short walk to the Mammoth Town Loop trail where you can walk or bike all around Mammoth. You can also walk 20 minutes and reach Mammoth favorites like The Stove, Distant Bar, Salsas, Vons, the bowling alley, the movies theater and more.

We are a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge, The Village and Canyon Lodge and 10 minutes from Main Lodge. We are a short drive to the Lakes Basin in the summer (Twin Lakes, Lake Mary, Lake George, Horseshoe Lake and Lake Mamie) where you can fish, rent kayaks, pontoon boats and paddle boards. We are also 20 minutes to June Lake and 45 minutes to Yosemite National Park.
