The room is clean and I got a nice view with the mountain view suite. Everything is new and well kept. Close to all of the things you need like grocery, food, etc. I'll recommend this place to anyone. I would definitely book again.

The Sierra House feels like new construction, which was hard to come by in my search results for accommodations. No problems with heating either, which was another common comment about rental condos. I was able to walk to a lot of places around town as well as easily hopped on the town’s free bus service (killer!). So the location is great. Covered parking is FCFS and limited. I’m glad there was a gym though the cable system weights seemed off 😂 my room had a balcony but wasn’t private due to stairs leading up to it. Still, the mountain view off of it and from the room were *chef’s kiss* phenomenal.

My wife and I stayed here for a short trip. We got upgraded to a better room at check-in. The views were immaculate and the room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!

Our stay at Sierra House was great. We were visiting over the July 4th holiday and stayed in their new buildings. The forest view was stunning from the top floor and the rooms were brand new, clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment, and has a great spa on the property with a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Allie, the front desk staff was also really great! The only issue we had was that our balcony was shared with the room next to us, and no divider in between.

The auto light in the bathroom was horrible it was a senior and could not turn off. If you got up on the middle of the night the bathroom light turns on. Great location beautiful view the design of the room could have been better the bathroom door does not open completely it was the design and could use 2 nightstands instead of 1.

Beautiful, hot sauna, steam room and hot tub. Great Puerto Rican restaurant at the Sierra Ranch next door. Fridge in room was loud so I unplugged. Heating system didn’t seem to work.

The location was prime! Lots of restaurants, bars and breweries within walking distance and a short drive to the mountain. We enjoyed our updated room at the Sierra House. It seems some things are still under construction as the building was very new but that didn't bother us a bit. The steam and sauna are slightly outdated but again that doesn't matter to us. We really enjoyed our stay!

The woman working the front "desk" was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The property was a bit confusing as it's a one-way drive with the name of the hotel not matching the name of the hotel on the website. Great location. I only have a couple of things I would have preferred, including a fan or ability to have a breeze without opening a door, pillows which were not extra thick and firm, a bed frame that I was not constantly stubbing my toe on, and stomping guests in the room above me. Otherwise, the room was well furnished, large bathroom, and plenty of closet space. Elevator was easy to access as well. I would definitely stay here again though I would bring my own pillows and a portable bedside fan.

Great room, nicely decorated with plenty of space. The Jacuzzi and some are a great plus after a day of skiing. But I’m trying to understand why they put so many outside stairs on a place that gets so much snow.

This is one of the strangest places I’ve stayed. There is no indication that you found it. The name is for another property in front of the Sierra House but it shares the same staff. The Mountain View studio was on the top floor and did have an amazing view. The room had a long hallway with the thermostat in the middle of it and not in the room with the sun beating in. The bathroom had zero counter space and a weird closet filling the gap between it and the bedroom. The shower was large with a bench but the shower water didn’t reach the bench. There were dead bugs on the high window ledges and I’m sure the balcony furniture was probably wiped down sometime in 2026 but definitely not since the last rain. The room only had one nightstand for a king bed. There was a door to the hallway but you couldn’t close it. My favorite part of the stay was there weren’t any glasses or an ice bucket and when I went to reception I was told that “since my room didn’t have a kitchen, they didn’t feel it needed glasses or the ice bucket “. They were provided but it took the lady over ten minutes to find them. Last but not least, the in room coffee was decaf only and there wasn’t any coffee service in reception. As a long time member this was the worst stay in my years of using Expedia.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at this hotel. Although I initially made a mistake by booking a room without a kitchen, I was very impressed when the hotel team graciously switched us to a room with a kitchen at no additional cost. This was incredibly kind and allowed us to prepare the meals we had brought with us. The room itself was modern, very clean, and featured panoramic windows with fantastic views. It was an excellent stay overall, and I will certainly recommend this hotel to others. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

Newly remodeled, great view. Bed very comfortable, huge tv. Walking distance to everything. Do not leave food in the car. A bear got into a cooler in someone’s car overnight.
