Booked based on price as it was cheaper than most of the accommodations in the area. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was large and decent and location was very close to ski resort and bus stop.

I did not expect this place to be as disgusting as it was. When I first walked in, it seems like a typical motel. But I went straight to shower, and I have never seen so much mold in any shower. At first I noticed it on the caulking. But the mold was everywhere on the tile, tile grout and all the up to the ceiling. The towels were also stained yellowish. I kept finding hair, that did not match my hair all over - in the covers/sheets, shower, all surfaces. The ac also could use a clean, there was a lot of visible debris. I woke up with itchy bumps and a bug on the comforter of the bed. I took a picture and showed the front desk clerk. He said that they were not bed bugs and that he could not help me, walked away and refused to speak with me!

Booked a 2 night stay room had random dirty underwear in the room, the bathroom had mold in the shower, the maintenance crew dropped nails and pieces of wood over the room and cracked my windshield and did not have any care at all, overall a disappointment and a annoying start to a great mountain,would not stay there again!

The bed sheet is yellow, and you can see some brown spot on the sheet. There are dirty water splashing spot on the wall. The window is single layer with a towel inserted to stable the window. The heater is very noisy. It is hard to reach the front desk. Parking is difficult. I won’t stay in this hotel again.

Hotel is super run down, bed had someone’s hair in it. Mould in bathroom. Chairs are dirty and have stains on them. Breakfast - pass!! Air con/heater so noisy we could not sleep!! Walls so thin you can hear neighbors. The manager at front desk was super polite and kind and called me when I forgot my glasses in the room. He is doing his best with what he has which is an old hotel with desperate need of capital input …. Everywhere. I would not stay here again and the price I paid (during peak) on Expedia was ridiculous for the level of hotel. Feel completely ripped off. Never again.
