About this property

Newly renovated kitchen! 1 week left in mid August

  • A beautifully restored 20th Century home within easy walking distance to beach, train, and town all within 5 minute walk. A bright house with a large front porch and side patio for grilling. The first floor is a great room including kitchen, family and dining areas and a movie theater with 120" screen. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor all with king beds and 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor both have 2 twin beds great for kids or adults. Comes with 4 beach passes as well. The house is on a corner that overlooks the bay area that comes in from the ocean.

    For the additional sleepers we have 2 queen air beds.

    We do supply linens and towels.

    W e do ask for 7 day rentals Sat-Sat during July and August months.

Beautifull spacious home. Open concept made a wonderful area for the family to eat and relax all together. Spent lots of time on the front porch rocking chairs enjoying the view of the boats on the bay across the street. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is beautiful! It's in a very nice location close to the beach and parks. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped for cooking and hanging out with family and friends. All of the bedrooms are nice sizes, decorated nicely with comfortable beds. Nick the host was gracious and always responsive when I texted him.

We had a wonderful stay. What a beautiful home in a great location. Dream kitchen!!! Plenty of space, lots of bedrooms and beds, and right next to a park. We found everything we needed. If we find ourselves planning another trip to this area again in the future, we would 100% book this house again. Excellent experience overall. One of our favorite homes that we’ve booked over the years.

The house was just what we needed for our extended family to enjoy wedding weekend!! We loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch looking at the marina and the park. The kitchen size was amazing and the beds were comfy. Perfect spot for a Jersey Shore weekend!!

Long weekend getaway with friends - early November

The stay was perfect. We had 8 people in all (4 adults and 4 kids), and had plenty of room. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The location was great too - right in the middle of Manasquan, right next to a huge park for the kids to play in.

This house could not be more perfect for a group of people. So spacious and can sleep many! Location is perfect for Manasquan beach and surrounding areas. Host was responsive & very accommodating. Would def come back in the future :)

Great Place to Gather

Spent a long weekend with close family. House has everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen and main floor layout. Perfect location with basketball court across street and playground for the little ones. Walking distance to town and beach. Would definitely come back!

The property location was excellent as was the house itself. Two suggestions would be printed instructions on operating the TV’s and more lighting particularly in the bedrooms and third floor stairway. Overall a very good experience!

Beautiful home!

This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.

Amazing home!

Our family of 8 stayed for 3 nights and were completely comfortable. The home was beautiful and impeccably clean. Our only recommendation would be to add some more lighting as it was difficult to see with the low lit lamps and had to use our cell phone flashlights to see things that we placed on the desk.

Great space to come together- open floor plan and attractive decor. Spacious rooms, cool projection room. Kitchen is well equipped and roomy. Big home, updated first floor, great shore area.

Big home that could accommodate a big family! Cool projector movie room, updated first floor living area. Bedrooms are big! Having 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms is a plus! All beds were so comfortable which can be hard to get. Upscale house, but could use just a bit of elbow grease in hidden cabinets and closets. Definitely worth a stay and return too!
