Came into NOVA from NY for a brief visit (4/18-4/20) and I wish I could’ve stayed a little longer. Staff was polite and warm upon check in and the room was clean, cool, and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

The management at the property, especially Jessica and JJ, will work to take care of the customer. You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to make your stay a 5 star stay. I appreciate all the management and custodians, everyone is so polite. You won’t be disappointed, it is also very safe and quite and in a great location.

Staff carried review
Amazing customer service. Some faults with our stay. We could hear our neighbors, small spikes on the rugged area, stains on towels, dirty utensils, and broken keys to our room. Not a perfect stay but we enjoyed it and would come back again because of the staffing.

Candlewoods are a good chain, this location in Manassas is tucked away on a low-key stretch of road between a gas station and an industrial park so if you need anything your driving to get it, unless you use their convenience store. The property itself is in good shape, and the design of the suites is minimalist and tasteful. The desk staff was polite but could be more attentive. The house keeping staff dropped the ball; the couch in my room was a mess with dried on stains. Everything else was clean but that one omission was very weird.

A nice hotel. The kitchen was a plus. The room was very clean and comfortable. Checkin and checkout were easybwith friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Everything was great, except for the key card and getting into the room. Almost every time I went back to the room it took me several times using the key card to get into my room, and I almost had to go back a few times to the front desk and asked the person about it.

Room was clean and check in was quick. Room smelled like someone had been smoking, though. Notified the manager and he said it was probably the cleaning solution. After a while you got used to it. Would still stay here again. Close to many attractions and food choices.
