Exclusive Tropical Beachfront Condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita Beach. Amazing views of the vibrant colors of the turquoise waters, birds and abundance of coconut palm trees. At night the sound of the waves serenading and the stars are the main attraction!!! Open and airy, lots of natural light two bedrooms with luxurious comfortable King and Queen size beds, blackout curtains, gorgeous nautical contemporary furniture, walk-in closet, air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room. TV's in the living room and Master bedroom, two newly renovated full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, dining room, living room with sectional sleeping bed, large balcony with amazing vistas, rocking chairs and a high top table to enjoy breakfast and a romantic dinner. A garage with a half bathroom and closet where you can find snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach lounges, beach umbrellas, kites, etc. Outdoor personal terrace with a well maintained tropical garden, a comfy hammock, a wood deck and a private boardwalk leading to a secluded beach with your own beautiful mosaics outdoor shower, benches with a table, sitting area and a charcoal BBQ kitchenette with sink and prep area. Gated quiet complex with security. Beautiful lush tropical gardens thru out the complex. A Pool with a gazebo to enjoy gatherings with friends and family. Close to local bars and restaurants, Prime Outlet shopping mall, horse back riding, surfing, tropical forest, zip-lining, caves and caverns, Casino, Arecibo Observatory, Toro Negro rain forest and many other natural and cultural attractions. Mar Chiquita Beach is about a 45 minute drive from San Juan International Airport. Personally I love Mar Chiquita because it's not too far, but it feels like it's worlds away. I love the lush landscapes, the coastal vistas, the perfect weather. I love to go swimming after work before going to dinner. Mar Chiquita makes me feel completely re-energized.


We highly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season.

What a gorgeous property! The beach is secluded and so close to Mar Chaquita! I loved walking over to Mar Chaquita. Lillie was an awesome hostess. Our dryer wasn’t working and it got fixed quickly. I was able to use the dryer in the next unit until it was fixed. I would definitely stay here again my next visit.

We had a great time at Seaside, it was a Beautiful condo. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. We stayed 7 nights over the Christmas holidays and it was very nice. The only thing I would say that needs to be changed are the warped pans and skillets you cook with, other than that. It was great! The host made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

It would be hard to find a property more lovely than this one. Incredible views, beautiful beach, quiet, secure complex. We absolutely loved this place. Out of all the places we went on our visit to Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita was definitely our favorite!

Stayed at the property after attending a conference in San Juan . The area is beautiful and the property provided the perfect environment for a relaxing trip.The view from the property is amazing!

Fantastic stay!

Absolutely beautiful! The beach is fabulous and just a short maybe 5 min walk to mar Chiquita! The mornings on the beach were so peaceful! The beach in front of the condo is definitely not a swimable beach, but the sounds of the waves were amazing! The patio area was cute and very nice to rinse off after the beach ! Also a great lil grilling area tho we didn’t use it. The wildlife is fabulous and such a natural setting! Outstanding! Lilly the property manger was such an asset! Excellent communication, & very helpful! Thank u! Would be more than happy to stay again on next trip! Also super great location for day trips to west coast!

Perfect anniversary stay!

My husband and I traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place! The apartment had everything we needed and Lilly was a wonderful property manager. The location was fabulous... right next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Mar Chiquita Beach. We rented a car and explored the island, including a coffee plantation tour, swimming in a biobay, visiting the rain forest, Old San Juan, etc. It was great to have this place to come back to each evening. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises right from the deck and relaxed in the pool and private yard, too. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to be back again, too!

Magical Manati

The condo and location was perfect! Wonderful location with a view that was absolutely breathtaking. There were restaurants nearby within driving distance but, we did pick up groceries to use the individual bbq area assigned to the condo. As for the condo itself, it was clean, cute, and had enough room for two adult couples! The kitchen pantry was stocked with seasonings and everything you needed to cook/season your food. Lilly the apartment manager reached to make sure we arrived safely and were situated with everything we needed. She was easy to contact and quick to respond. The grounds were quiet and there is a gentleman at the entry gate to assist when you first arrive. We spent most of our time on the beach or site seeing so we did not have the opportunity to go to the pool area. You will need a car if you stay at this location as it is not walking distance of anything except the amazing beach. And to be clear the beach that is located directly in front of the condo is not really a swimming beach, you will have to walk about 5-10 minutes for the area that is best for swimming. (Which is no problem at all)! To sum it up, the place is amazing, the location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there.

Absolutely Magical!

Highly recommend; this is a getaway where the photos absolutely match the experience. Lili is lovely, the views magical, and the location perfect, close enough to San Juan for a day trip, but quiet and right on the beach.

We greatly enjoyed our visit, it was just as advertised. Lilly was wonderful and welcoming, the beach where we spent most of our time was steps away, Mar Chiquita beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. For those looking for a quiet beach getaway, highly recommend this place!

Excellent property. Closest beach to soak in is Mar Chiquita- super close, can walk there. And playa Los Tubos a very short drive. Beach in front of property is nice to walk and sit and relax. Apartment is in excellent condition.

Amazing experience!!

We just got back from our week stay at this property. It was even better than I had anticipated. Lily the property manager was extremely helpful, responsive, and just overall a great human being. My family and I have never visited PR before but Lily provided us will a lot of recommendations to get our vacation started off on the right foot! Excellent place. Close to everything you need but feels like your away from crowds. Pool is great. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal. Felt very secure. If you want to get out of San Juan and enjoy the country this is a great location.

What a find!

I've visited Puerto Rico many times but never this section of the island. The Puerto Rican vibe here is strong and you feel like a local more than a tourist. The nearly private beach and cozy digs made this a truly enjoyable and relaxing trip. We rented a car and took day trips and enjoyed this view every day. Will be back!

Great property and great location. Lilly the property manager was available and responsive when needed for questions. Mar Chiquita beach was a short walk from property. Also highly recommend Playa Los Golondrinas which is a short drive from property! Would definitely stay here again!
