Bizim ikinci kez konaklamamız. Aqua park ve lunaparkın kapalı olduğu belirtilmediği için bu durum çocuklarda biraz hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Odalarda internet yoktu. Onun dışında tatilimiz güzel ve keyifli geçti. Deniz manzaralı oda vermeleri de büyük incelikti. Teşekkürler

The resort was clean and the food was good, however, the attitudes of the front desk (receptionists) I guess is variable depending on the nationality of the guests. When I was checking out I called the front desk asking for help in taking my luggage, their answer was OK we will send someone. 15 minutes later no one showed up so I decided to go myself to check why they did not send anyone. Anyways, they told me that everyone was busy at the time. I said OK can I use the trolley since I have 4 big bags. Guess what! Their answer was NO! We need it although it was available and no one was using it. Anyhow, my 6 years old son was helping me and they were watching and no one showed the courtesy of even offering his help! What a 5-star hotel is that??? And when I dropped off the keys I told them that I will write this down in the review; they answered relaxed and cool down.

Het personeel vonden wij erg vriendelijk, het aanbod van het eten erg ruim, maar de vlees keuze/kwaliteit een beetje karig. Tevens was het servies vaak niet schoon, slecht gewassen. Verder een erg mooi en luxe hotel, en ook de kamer was ook erg mooi.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Traum. Sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die Anlage ist super groß und für Kinder mit viel spaß verbunden. Das Essen ist super und frisch.

Otel baştan aşağı mükemmel.yemekler,havuz,deniz ve içecekler çok güzel.24 saat boyunca yeme içme imkanıniz var.eğlenceleri çok ama çok güzel.tam bir aile oteli.çocuklarınizla çok güzel bir tatil yapabileceğiniz bir otel.tek eksisi personeli.yetersiz ve suratsiz.umursamazsaniz mükemmel bir tatil yaparsınız. Biz balayı çifti olarak gittik ve cok memnun döndük.
