Hotels.com is definitely responsible to manifest a 10 out 10 rating in this hotel, it’s simply not that good! Strongly won’t suggest ladies and kids to stay alone. "

We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful.
