We called tech support and they provided the phone number to the owner, she called us after a bit and was very apologetic about the mix-up with the entrance to the VRBO. It happened to snow the first night of our stay, and we were pleased to see that she made sure her outdoor porch and steps had been promptly shoveled and salted. “Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit.
