The Space:

This welcoming three bedroom home has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Manchester.



The open plan living and dining area is bright and inviting, with a large sofa, smart TV and plenty of space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and washing machine.



Bedroom one has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom two has a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest.



Outside you have a private garden, perfect for morning coffee or a summer evening.



Free parking is available directly outside the property on the road.



Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.



Guest Access:

You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.



Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Getting Around:

Great Cheetham Street bus stop is a short walk away, with frequent X43 and X41 services running directly into Manchester city centre.



Manchester Victoria station is around eight minutes away by car or bus, with direct trains to Leeds, Liverpool, Bradford and connections across the north of England. The Victoria tram stop connects you to the rest of Manchester including Piccadilly, MediaCityUK and the Etihad Stadium.
