The Space:
This beautifully converted apartment sits on the 4th floor of a listed former textile warehouse, full of character with massive ceilings and solid oak beams throughout. The clever split level layout gives you a proper sense of space and separation between living and sleeping areas.
Downstairs you will find a bright and comfortable living room with a sofa and armchair, alongside a well equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook during your stay. Upstairs is a peaceful double bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
The bathroom is fully equipped with complimentary shower gel and shampoo.

You are right in the heart of Manchester city centre on Princess Street, one of the most central locations in the city. Everything is on your doorstep, from the Northern Quarter and Piccadilly Gardens to Chinatown, Spinningfields and Deansgate.
The area is packed with fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes. Whether you want a quiet coffee, a proper meal out or a night exploring Manchester's famous nightlife, you will not need to go far.
Getting Around:
Manchester Piccadilly station is around a 10 minute walk from the apartment, connecting you to rail services across the city and beyond.
The nearest tram stops are St Peter's Square and Piccadilly Gardens, both within a short walk. The Metrolink tram network connects you to key destinations including the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford and Manchester Airport.
This is a city centre location without dedicated parking. The nearest public car parks include NCP on Charles Street and Q-Park on Fountain Street. We recommend using public transport or Uber, both of which are excellent in this area.
