The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t use the restaurant facilities. I arrived by train and found the hotel very difficult to locate…. No signs anywhere visible.

Rooms were quiet - which is great considering it's proximity to the airport. Easy walk. Rooms felt recently refurbished and everything worked. Bedding was lush !! Nice deep pillows and duvet - not the pancakes you sometimes get for pillows !! I really recommend this hotel if you're unsure which airport hotel to go for.

The hotel was clean staff were excellent. However It was the worse nights sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel! The bed was awful. So I payed £100 for a sleepless night!!

The decor needs an update urgently, especially the corridors. When I was checking out there were carpet fitters coming in, so this may be resolved soon. The heating / air con in my room wasn't working. I was provided with a small oil heater which didn't do much but it was provided very quickly. For my inconvenience I was offered a free Starbucks coffee. Woohoo! The staff were really good so that's a definite plus.

Disappointing.
We stayed at this hotel prior to a flight to Singapore. It was not a good start. It was very difficult to find a reasonable way to get to the hotel from the station (even though it is very close). Service was poor, the restaurant was chaotic, I could go on. Suffice to say we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Good stay before holiday
Great first night before holiday trip of a life time, room had a slight problem with shower and staff were amazing gave us a second room and allowed us to use the first thus avoiding repacking to change rooms.

A great hotel close to terminal one. The room was massive and very comfortable with a lovely restaurant. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We literally had a 7 minute walk to our check in. Couldn’t ask for more

Just teopned and trying hard. But staff need more training and not good enough to say we are still trying to put signs up . Send clients the info needed or put hand signs up to indicate numbers in a corridor. Confusion over bills cos presumably staff and systems are new but the new staff are trying. Rooms very comfortable and well appointed

I was very short stay 5 hrs, the room was clean but noise from water system constant, a green light maybe notifying the emergent light was charging made the room very light. As I was short stay for 0230 start didn’t request a room change. Upon checking in the manager I presume was assisting the receptionist who May have been new. Did not help with an issue on my points with membership number and advised that I contact website.

The parking cost £45 for 24 hours as there was no signs to say we could pay at reception if we were staying in the hotel for £15. I was told I could not get a refund as the car park was not managed by the hotel. Als the corridor on the floor I stayed on smelled of marajhana, when I pointed this out to the receptionist I was ignored
