Hotel is clean and airy and the staff are very friendly and helpful, Facilities are ok but breakfast was run of the mill and hot food needs to be hot and not luke warm, no coffee or tea in room but accessible 24hrs a day from machine in Breakfast area. Dog friendly which is fantastic. We stayed for concert at COOP live which is 10 min drive away .

Didn’t much like position of our room … it was above reception so noisy but also everyone seemed to smoke there and having our window open got the smell of cigarettes …. There should be a designated dining area the other side of the car park

In my mind, a double bed means a double duvet. Not so. Tea and coffee facilities should not comprise a trip downstairs only to have to balance 2 tiny paper cups of average coffee back. Complimentary shampoo/handsoap/body wash in one tube did not exactly do wonders for my hair. Poor lighting for both mirrors in the room. No USB ports. For almost £200 a night, the cleanliness of the room was the only aspect I considered very good. Overpriced, basic and without full consideration for what the guests really need for a good overnight stay.

Stayed here for a concert at coop live. Perfect location. Staff were very friendly. My only small issue was getting food b4 we left. That was more our fault but there was a 45 minute delay so we ran out of time. Breakfast we were told was limited but we still hot cereals and a cooked breakfast. Nothing to complain about Will definitely stay again. Room was perfect

The room was great . Clean ,great shoer and comfortable bed. Staff helpful and friendly. However, missed having tea and coffee facilities in room .As nice to have a drink first thing in a morning, without having to get dressed and go downstairs. Also ,although large selection at breakfast the scrambled eggs ,sausages and hash browns weren't great . Overall enjoyed our stay though

The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The hotel was very clean and had very good security. The bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed except tea making facilities but we knew that was the case and came prepared. The breakfast was generous and tasty.

The Property, staff and amenities were perfectly fine. However on booking in, there was a payment notice on the computer asking for payment which had already credited too Expedia on booking the accommodation. I had too show proof of payment, before being allocated my room, which was a tad embarrassing as there were 4 other customers stood waiting and witnessing this. Things didn’t improve at checkout as the receptionist had a ‘halt checkout and said sting payment was required before I could checkout. The Staff on both booking in and out said it was an issue with Expedia and I shall not be using the site again for any future services.
