The back linen was dirty with food, stains and particles on the top linen. The bedspread was beyond disgusting with pills and very thin. There was hair throughout the bedsheets. The molding was coming away from the tub and the chair in the room was beyond repair. The room had a horrible odor, and the noise was awful. When I asked for new linen, I was brought a top sheet, a bottom sheet and a bedspread, but no blanket and no pillowcases.

Staff were okay, didn’t really look like they wanted to be there. Booked a non smoking room, but when we walked in it smelled like cigarette smoke immediately. The room was clean, but the sheet came off one night and underneath were a bunch of stains underneath it. Room was a good size, but I was extremely disappointed with smell of the room. Was the only thing my partner and I could smell the moment we walked back into the room

The room doesn’t get serviced or cleaned while you stay there. Also the refrigerator was broken and barely kept food cool. The room wasn’t well maintained and there were stains on the wall. Nice area, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

This place sucks. Nothing is available in the rooms already. They are not that accommodating. It was dirty. It's always the same one particular person at the front that always says no or we can't give . What kind of breakfast do they call this place having. I don't recommend staying here. Why is it 3.75 to wash and dry . That's a lot. The rooms stink. They so a half a** job

We reserved this room a while back the first room they put us in visibly , had chunks of food and sticky things all over the floor and on the surfaces in the room , stunk , horribly of cologne , and there was hair all over the bed. We asked someone to come up and look at the room and to put us into another one. They did do that, but unfortunately the second room was completely disgusting too, and there looks to be stains of food on the bedding and what I appeared to be as blood stands. On one of the beds, there was also damages to the room such as broken furniture teared and ripped or some that were completely falling apart.I would never recommend anyone staying at this place. We did not end up staying because of the horrible conditions we had asked them if we could at least have clean betting so that our children would at least be sleeping on clean sheets and they could not provide that for us because they did not have any extras very disappointing, we had to cut our trip short. And it ended up taking a multiple hour rides back home.
