“The host Casey is very responsive which we truly appreciated, but "An Oasis", this is not. The house is worn and the bathrooms were not cleaned to the level they should have been. Casey offered to have the cleaning service return, but with a house full of kids, we didn't want the disruption. The master bedroom tv on the top floor didn't work, which we didn't realize until our first evening, so we were without a tv the first night. However Casey had it replaced the next morning which we……
