“The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood……

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……

“Great location with a walking park 2 blocks away and a coffee shop 1 block away. The yard is shared with the other 3 apartment tenants in the building but we never ran into any issues with the other dogs in the building. The designated washer and dryer in the basement for the apartment was exactly what we needed during our cross country trip. We traveled with a dog and had no issues with location, neighbors, or access to what we needed.”

“Stayed only one night for a law school graduation. The apartment was clean and had properly locking doors. The bed was hard as a rock. Zero give, and my spouse and I both had aching shoulders and backs the next day. The biggest issue, something I have NEVER in years of VRBO rentals had to do, was submit not only my photo ID but also an additional selfie to get access to the unit. This was NOT disclosed in the listing (only said you MAY need to provide additional ID), and was incredibly intrusive……
