La habitación amplia, con vista al mar y a la piscina. Lo malo es q ahora solo permiten quedarse en el hotel o las maletas hasta las 7pm y nuestro vuelo era a las 9:30pm :(

We had a great time staying at qema Mancora, clean relaxing atmosphere. Even though we didn't get to do much outside of the hotel due to our short stay in Mancora, we still enjoyed all the amenities available to us.

Poor front desk management and ridiculous extra fees. Really disappointing stay here, mostly because of how poorly managed the front desk is. Right when we checked in, they tried to charge us for breakfast even though our booking clearly included it. On top of that, we arrived around 1:20 PM and they tried to charge us over 70 USD for an early check in. When we pointed out that their own registration showed 40, they couldn't even explain the difference and just blamed "taxes." To make matters worse, after checking out, we asked if we could leave our bags at reception for a bit so we could run a few errands without hauling our luggage around. They told us we had to pay 30 per bag. Look, I have zero issue paying for proper services, but charging a fee like that just to hold a guest's luggage for a few minutes after check-out is honestly ridiculous and something I’ve never seen at any other hotel among several other small issues during our stay. Super frustrating experience with zero customer service

Gorgeous hotel with a fabulous view. My only complaint is they play music loudly during the week up until midnight so if you're looking for a quiet getaway this place is not it.

El hotel bastante cómodo, la habitación perfecta y tiene opciones para todos los gustos, cabañas para parejas o familias y habitaciones cómodas, límpias facil acceso. No tengo ningún reclamo la verdad es que regresaría feliz al hotel.

Las instalaciones son lindas! Fueron amables al ayudarnos con el cambio de habitación por un inconveniente sin ningún costo. El staff es amable, las habitaciones muy limpias, incluyen toallas, shampoo y jabón. Hay vista a la playa y actividades, si vas fin de semana debes saber que hay fiesta hasta minimo 3 am, es algo bueno si buscas este tipo de plan. Hay acceso directo a la playa y también puedes caminar hacia el centro si gustas. Lo único que no estoy tan de acuerdo es la restricción de paso de comidas preparadas, creo que es muy restrictiva ya que estas pagando por alojamiento ahí y la propiedad no esta tan cerca del centro. Fuera de eso, creo que es un lugar con linda vista, buenas instalaciones y un ambiente enfocado en socializar.
