The property is lovely and the town of Mancos was awesome. We stayed in one of the upstairs hostel-style rooms and all of the common areas were spotless and welcoming. Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. There were many asethetic things that were missing the mark. Ie. Stains on carpet, broken furniture, non maintained yard, etc. Overall it was okay for one nights stay but wouldn't want to stay longer.
