  • Air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping area and 15 m² terraces in a very quiet, secure residence.
    Beach 900 m away on foot or free shuttle every 30 minutes in front of the building
    Very large 15 m² terrace with 1 table and 6 patio chairs

    Private parking space in the residence.
    Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner electric stove, and washing machine
    Living room: Table and 6 chairs, sofa bed, 3-door sideboard, and TV

    Bathroom: Bathtub with half-shower enclosure, sink, and toilet

    Sleeps 4 people:
    - Bedroom area with French doors opening onto the terrace, featuring a 1M40 bed (new mattress and box spring). A 140 cm sofa bed in the living room area

    Supermarket, shops, and restaurants are 300 m from the residence.
    Access to the highway in 2 minutes; 10 minutes from Cannes by car or 20 minutes by bus (stop in front of the residence).
