PANORAMIC VIEW ON THE CANNES BAY - Cannes / La Napoule / Théoule / Iles de LERENS.
At the foot of the Gulf of Cannes. In the evening, this bay is illuminated with the lights of the city of Cannes in all its fires, with many fireworks during the season. In July and August, the day of the fireworks, you can reserve places on the beach for a simple glass of champagne - you can also dine on the restaurants of the beaches, to admire and listen to the fireworks = SUBLIME! !!! Building located in 'CANNES MARINA' Boats at the feet of buildings - Rental possible with or without a permit.

VUE FEERIQUE - TERRASSE DE REVE

Cette vue sur la baie de Cannes….. sublime la journée / exceptionnelle la nuit avec les lumières de la ville de Cannes. Le golf, cet espace vert qui contraste avec la mer. Sur l'autre vue , l'ESTEREL - les roches rouges. Appartement spacieux, facile d'entretien. Nous reviendrons.
