Beautiful villa for an unforgettable holiday. If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable environment, this is the perfect place to recharge. The property covers 100 m², is fully air-conditioned, and equipped with ceiling fans, mosquito nets, and protective screens.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for daily use, including a coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. The villa features three spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests (2 double beds and 3 singles).



Bed linen is available on request for an extra fee. The 220 m² garden offers shaded areas and a covered outdoor shower. Parking is available both inside and outside the property. Bicycle use is allowed.



IMPORTANT:

- For organizational reasons, it is important to respect the check-in times. If your check-in is after 7:00 pm, an additional charge applies for an extra fee.

- Cleaning fees and tourist taxes are not included and will be collected on site at check-in.

For bookings up to 5 days, electricity costs are included.

For bookings of 6 days or more, daily electricity usage up to 10 kWh per day is included. Any additional consumption will incur an extra charge for an extra fee.
