Absolutely magical experience staying here. We came for our honeymoon and loved every minute. Beyond stunning property, well thought out details and luxuries throughout, and amazing amenities. The spa was the best I’ve ever been to. We didn’t want to leave. Would highly recommend!!

This place felt like heaven! We didn’t want to leave. I honestly can’t fault anything about it - it was so lovely. The spa is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in my life. It was absolutely perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property with a warm and calming atmosphere. Most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially in the restaurant. Anabelle stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was genuinely attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. There were, however, a few points that were disappointing and that we would not expect from a Relais & Châteaux hotel in this price range. Although we had specifically requested a quiet room, our room (103) was quite noisy. The doors were not well soundproofed, and there was another room directly next to ours, so we could clearly hear conversations as well as people entering and leaving, which affected our comfort. In addition, the room had only been prepared for one guest, even though our reservation was for two people. While this was resolved, it was an oversight that should not happen at this level of hospitality. Finally, we chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, which was mentioned when booking. While we did not expect anything extravagant, it would have been nice if the occasion had been acknowledged in some small way. A simple birthday greeting or a small gesture would have made the stay feel more personal and memorable. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful setting and the friendliness of the staff, but a few details fell short of the standards we associate with a Relais & Châteaux property.

A truly delightful experience. Nestled in a picturesque countryside setting, the hotel offered a peaceful place to enjoy nature. A beautiful property. The hotel's architecture blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and stunning views of the property. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. There was a beautiful outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a amazing spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The service was impeccable, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at the Le Couvent des Minimes was exceptional.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived and parked, we felt relaxed and stress-free. There are no minuses at Le Couvent des Minimes, only plusses. The surroundings are beautiful, and entering the convent is simply a "wow" experience. The lovely scent and the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a perfect stay. Everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped in. We arrived before our room was available, so we were introduced to the surroundings and got to listen to the history of the couvent. Then, we were told that we could enjoy the 2500 m² spa until the room is ready. The room is beautifully decorated with its calming the colors, furniture, refreshing drinks, and L'Occitane products. :) The bed was super comfortable, be sure to have a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was just delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that catered to every taste. The dining experience at the Pamparigouste restaurant was exceptional. The cuisine is exquisite, with a menu that showcased both local flavors and gourmet dishes. The spa treatments were a highlight of our stay. One of the great aspects of our stay was the noon check-out time, allowing us to enjoy our morning without rushing. If you wish, you can still enjoy the spa, have a good swim, or just get some sun and relax.

Excellent all around! If you’re looking for a weekend to escape and disconnect, this is the place. The rooms were spacious, clean and super well maintained. Service from the staff was top notch. And the crown jewel of the property… the spa, was impeccable from the treatment to the facilities. Saw another review about how loud the frogs are, but didn’t experience the same. You will hear the cicadas, but that’s nature’s white noise! Couldn’t recommend enough

My husband and I recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The ambiance of the entire property was elegant, serene, and perfectly suited for a special occasion. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A very nice property. Seems that reception is a bit under-staffed. Biggest issues is transportation. Can’t get a taxi when needed. Hotel has no other options. For such a nice place - having a house car or reliable transportation service is a must. Would do again, but may need to make sure that we have a rental car.

Hôtel did not provide room that I paid for. They gave me an accessible room without telling us that that is all that was available. Hotel staff and assistant manager unwilling to provide alternative room despite one being available at 6pm on day of check in. They wanted us to pay the difference between the deluxe room and deluxe room with balcony despite this being a one night stay. It was a failure of hotel management to properly recover from the failure to provide the room I paid for.
