Very difficult vehicular access, the room I took had a balcony and a sea view but it did not have either, The breakfast was very poor and you have to wait for the staff to arrive to check in, I really do not recommend it!

Our room was on the top floor and there were 2 sets of steep stairs to access it. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues or big luggage. There was no on-site parking as stated and no mini fridge in the room. There was a fridge that could be used sharing with other guests as well as a shared mini kitchen. There is a wonderful rooftop deck- common area for all guests.

In der Beschreibung hies es, dass es in diesem Hotel ein Whirlpool gibt, der aber leider nicht vorhanden war! Dann hat der freundliche Herr uns überredet, ein zweites Zimmer zu nehmen, da nur eines für zwei Männer zu klein sei, was überhaupt nicht stimmte! Und zu guter Letzt, wollte er für den Parkplatz noch € 10, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht, inkl. Parkplatz! Nie wieder!

Il b&b è proprio al centro di Corso Manfredi...e questo è un pregio... così come i parcheggi in zona sia a pagamento che liberi...la struttura è nella media ,ma molto essenziale...si potrebbe fare meglio... l'accesso alla camera un po' difficoltoso,con scale ripide e un ulteriore scala a chiocciola per arrivare alla nostra camera... secondo me andrebbero segnalate...bella terrazza in cima con accesso condiviso...la vista mare è parziale...ho comunque apprezzato l'impegno e la gentilezza dei gestori...noi siamo stati solo due notti ed è stato piacevole

Fantastisches B&B, großes, sehr gut und modern gestaltetes Zimmer, sehr sauber, alles perfekt. Lage optimal, zu Fuß 3 Minuten zum Meer, direkt am Corso, Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung.

The property was great, right in the heart of manfredonia. The owner and his dad were extremely friendly and even managed to get us an early morning lift to the airport on a Sunday which isn't easy. They also gave us lots of ideas for places to eat and visit nearby. I would definately recommend this hotel the rooms were lovely and the staff were great.
