A quiet suit room and fair living fee
it is a comfortable suit room and a balcony available at our room. i can saw the night view and the sunshine. it was great. The drinking water is free for every customer. The defect was the location far from the clubs and shopping malls. if you want to have a quiet hotel, this hotel will be your one of the choices.

For those planning to leave early, the hotel provides bread and coffee. It's pretty nice. If the air conditioner was switched to the fan mode, it emitted smell of sweat, though. Wifi was great.

pleasant stay
characterized with Super hero theme, very impressive and interesting. room is newly furnished, clean enough and the bed is good. Beware that the AC is straightly in front of the bed, make yourself warm enough when falling asleep to avoid catching cold.

Heroes Hotel is newly opened but our location is along a major highway and we are on Waze (navigation app) so it is a rare incident that the taxi drivers cannot locate us. Nevertheless, thank you for being patient and we look forward to serving you again soon!

The hotel staffs are good communicators to resolve issues and give me good advice that I should arrive airport early because it takes long time to pass immigration and customs. They’re right.

The staff was amazing and accomodating. Very friendly and inviting and very helpful. Breakfast was decent, although thebbar upstairs was closed during our stay. Be mindful if youre traveling for medical, expedia says its only 5 minutes away but it actually takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour during traffic. Room was clean and comfy.

Great Rates for Decent Stay
Hotel is located about 30 mins from airport and about 300-400 peso trip on Grab. Nice quick check in process and rooms were small but comfortable. Nice rooftop patio with food and drinks. 7/11 convenience store located downstairs to grab anything you need. Would stay here again considering it was less than CAD$50 for the night for comfort.

they should at least offer water or coffee T the lobby during checking in. No wheelchair available. i used a wheelchair from nyc Airport to manilla airport had to walk up 4 steps to the lobby

Great stay, overall.
The place was really clean and it the AC was cold! My overall stay was amazing. Room service was great too and their covid protocol is superb.

The hotel's theme was aesthetic to be honest since I'm a bit of a DC and Marvel geek. They also had portraits of familiar Igorot elders on their walls which was a pleasant surprise because I'm also an Igorot from Benguet and that was pretty nice to see. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable. Services like breakfast and room service were great, and the staff were really friendly and accommodating as well. All in all my stay there was very satisfactory.

Management poor service. Ants in the room. Elevator was not working. Complained and did not fix problem of our concerns. Restaurant service is bad.

Also, may we remind you that the elevator is functional when you checked in and the next day it was under maintenance in an hour only and we informed you about it. For the restaurant, we apologize in their behalf since they are just one of our concessionaires but don't worry we will inform them about your concern. Thank you and appreciate it if you still remember the good things that we've done.

The hotel’s theme is really cool. I initially thought the superheroes they would feature were only the popularly commonly known heroes like Ironman etc., but the coolest thing was they also included the regular everyday superheroes like nurses. I was also amazed at how friendly and approachable the owner was. The first time he met us, he greeted us with a great smile and took some time to talk to us and show us the record that was playing. The hotel itself was pretty well maintained and clean. I think the only hassle we had experienced was when we were asking for tissue/toilet roll, it took them a while and we had to inform them three times before we actually got one. But besides that, all were perfectly amazing. The staff were very helpful as well with booking our grab for us. Definitely would recommend to others and will book here again if we’re back in Manila. Oh btw really just 20 mins from airport (NAIA or much better called to be Manila International Airport), very convenient location!

Good place to relax
The only problems were an inconvenient location that made getting a taxi difficult, the WiFi only working in parts of the room but not by the bed, and no mini-fridge in the room. Otherwise everything was comfortable, the food was very good, the games provided were a lovely bonus.

Very friendly security man and very informative email upon booking confirmation. The checkout was very slow although i was the only guest checking out. There are ants everywhere in the room. The AC was defect (water coming out) and i get a new room just upon request. The 7/11 next to the hotel is a plus, the restaurant at the rooftop is neither bad nor very good. It's okay.

hard to get taxi
I stayed here for couple of nights. It's a beautiful bedroom they gave me. It's safe for a solo female traveler. Super clean and free coffee! You can't leave open food, there's ants. But the location it's hard to get taxi. it's fine when you get grab!
