Both check-in & check-out took a longer than what it should've been considering there was hardly any guests in line.
Check-out was particularly irritating when the lady at concierge asked me if I knew the wall sticker in the room was "damaged". Good thing that I actually noticed the stickers were starting to peel off, so I was confident to say "Yes, it was like that already when I first got to the room". Then she proceeded to ask if I had children who stayed with me in the room, insinuating that if I did, then there might be a possibility the kids had something to do with the "damaged" wall stickers. AS IF!
Other comments:
- when i ordered room service for breakfast, the guy had to come back twice, bec first, he forgot the coffee, and second, there was no butter that came with the toast.
- quality of bed linens were okay but the towels looked and felt old.
- I was surprised the TV was too small for the room size.
