We arrived late , i get it, but nobody told us about facilities in the hotel . Found the room a bit dirty bathroom floor in shower needs a good cleaning as. It a little slippery when having shower . No face or hand towels available just 2 bath towels . Had to ask to get room cleaned after 3 night. Staff were friendly and tried to help us with some transportation needs. We did get help after a google search. Security guards outside were great supper helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Location is great close to shopping and other amenities. Experience wasn't bad but a few little things could really improve this hotel.

The lights and a/c did not work when I arrived. Maintenance came to fix. But next day same problem. Also white towels had turned grayish and have not been replaced.

The hotel staff are super friendly and accomodating. They are attentive to the needs of their guests. My only concern is that the room is not sound proof. I can't sleep well due to noise of other guests in the hallway.

Great Hotel Staff BUT Not The Best Location
The staff was very friendly and courteous but I didn't care too much for the location...The hotel is on Shaw Blvd and there are plenty of Jeepneys driving on that street(so the streets were filled with smoke,exhaust,etc)

It was nice that they provided tooth brushes and slippers. They let me keep my luggage with them while i went out to eat.(Upon checkout) The bathroom had a strong order like smoke, mixed with pee.

We checked in late at around 6:45 pm. Our room is still unavailable. We were first in line but instead of us being helped first, the lady working the counter took two other guest instead. Waited and waited for our luggages to be brought to our room. We called twice but still no luggages. We had to go back to check in desk to retrieve our luggages. There was no free bottles of water in the room. Usually there are two in the room. There were two small roaches wandering in the bathroom. Overall it was the worst experience we ever had at this hotel. We stayed here a couple of times before but it wasn’t this bad.

From airport pick up, Privatos ap pick up service was excellent. Wilson waited for us even tho we our arrival was delayed. Porsha at the front desk is so welcoming.The hotel is conveniently near everythjng.MegaMall restaurants etc.

Very disappointing!
Experience was horrific! I understand that there are DOT regulations that was set due to pandemic, however, staff were not helpful. The guidelines release by the hotel was not clear and staff are not knowledgeable on what they are implementing. Will never choose this hotel again!

Wonderful affordable hotel
Had a wonderful stay! Hotel was clean, staff were courteous, newspaper was delivered every morning, and location was very accessible. Not so great, however, was the table in the room wasn't big enough for a laptop, water in the bathroom did not get warm/hot enough, no coffee maker in the room for brewing and most of the time the elevator was very slow.

Just OK, Nothing fancy, nothing great.
Both check-in & check-out took a longer than what it should've been considering there was hardly any guests in line. Check-out was particularly irritating when the lady at concierge asked me if I knew the wall sticker in the room was "damaged". Good thing that I actually noticed the stickers were starting to peel off, so I was confident to say "Yes, it was like that already when I first got to the room". Then she proceeded to ask if I had children who stayed with me in the room, insinuating that if I did, then there might be a possibility the kids had something to do with the "damaged" wall stickers. AS IF! Other comments: - when i ordered room service for breakfast, the guy had to come back twice, bec first, he forgot the coffee, and second, there was no butter that came with the toast. - quality of bed linens were okay but the towels looked and felt old. - I was surprised the TV was too small for the room size.

Our room heater not warm , first time their technician manage to come and check for us but few hours later turn to cool again, call the counter staff but the attitude not good and never ask the technician visit our room for checking again, so I use cold water for shower . The next morning we ask for room changing and out, but when we back at night time , they never do anything for our request, it’s really bad experience to us.

I specifically requested for the room to be clean because my husband and daughter has an allergy, where as much as possible there should be no musty or mold smells but it was a contrary to what I expected. The room smells stinky, the floor is filthy, the bathroom edges has molds especially on the sink and what's worst the allergy of my daughter was aggravated where we have to buy a medicine in the middle of the night because her allergy got worsen and she is on fever as well. I sent them pictures where even my phone was in beautify but the dist still shows. One of our things rolled inside the bed so we have to pull it and there, a lot of chips and dirt inside bed and the floor was really filthy. It was such a worse experience. I even ask the duty manager to check their CCTV by the time we arrive where my daughter is still in good condition and not coughing but the following day, she was terribly coughing and sneezing. It was the worst experience ever at room 1603. Should all hotel rooms be cleaned so that the guest short stay would be meaningful but ours is indeed a nightmare, sorry for the exaggeration but the hotel was not well maintained.

Plan extra time to go up or down the elevator. The elevator would skip floors or just doesn’t pick you up. This hotel was suitable for my minimum needs as it was the most convenient location to stay to be near Ynarres Sports arena but I would not stay if I was the for any other reasons. Towels were dingy, water did not get hot, just lukewarm. I really liked the AC unit, it was quiet. Room did not block out outside traffic noises(cars like to honk here)

The property is very convenient if attending an event at the Ynares Sports Center. The pricing for this hotel was very fair. What was lacking was: Having to ask for toilet paper; having to ask for a hair dryer; only two bath towels are provided - no face or hand towels are provided. They want cash for incidentals and very unwilling to accept a credit card; The bath water was lukewarm. The thermostat is turn down to where it is barely above body temperature - probably to save on costs. The bath towels that were provided during my entire stay was very worn. Elevators are slow and housekeeping uses the same elevators - There are only two elevators and this is a 20 story building. They night staff is probably only one person and it took a while to check in and check out. This means that if there are customers at the desk they do not answer the phone. It took several attempts to obtain a hair dryer (which was not in the room and I don't know if this is something standard) It took over 30 minutes to have one delivered to the room and this was after I went down to see if I could pick one up instead.
